Superbe loft rénové dans un style moderne et contemporain avec 3 chambres spacieuses, 1 salle de bains, 1 salle de bain familiale avec baignoire de style victorien, lavabo et toilettes d'origine et toilettes séparées.

Immense salon / salle à manger décloisonné avec canapé en cuir et fauteuils, également un coin salon de bas niveau avec DVD TV et chaînes britanniques gratuites (Idéal pour les enfants et les adolescents) .Cuisine moderne bien équipée avec tout le confort moderne, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes , four à chaleur tournante et plaque halogène. Il y a une machine à laver commune.

Des sièges à l'extérieur sont fournis sur la terrasse ensoleillée avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, le lac et ses environs.

La propriété dispose d'un grand jardin avec parking hors route, barbecue et un coin salon avec des chaises longues confortables.

Le lac est juste en face de la route et facilement accessible pour la baignade. La piste cyclable du centre-ville d'Annecy et d'autres villages et plages se trouve à 250 mètres de l'établissement. Commerces de proximité Bars et commodités et le port de Bout de lac sont à moins de 5 minutes
Le village de Doussard est à 5 minutes en voiture et a de belles bières et cafés français locaux et un très beau marché d'été le lundi

Le ferry pour Annecy fait le tour du lac et part du port pittoresque du Bout du lac, toutes sortes de location de bateaux et de planches à pagaie sont également disponibles auprès du club de voile ici, ainsi que des cours dans tous les sports nautiques.

Excellente location de vélos est disponible très près de la propriété

Manger au restaurant est facile, car un restaurant haut de gamme, des cafés décontractés et des pizzas à emporter sont tous facilement accessibles à pied, un magasin de ferme vendant des produits locaux et des plats végétariens également très près de la maison.

Nice place to stay

We had a really nice week at this place. A large livingroom/kitchen with enough space for the kids. It's true, it's next to the main road but our children slept very well with closed windows (and open doors). Unfortunately the internet (WLAN and LTE) was extremly slow and not usable for watching movies. A mixer in the kitchen would be a marvellous feature...

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Très bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux et bien organisé. Vue sur le lac. Le seul bémol est la proximité de la route très passante.

Logement très bien situé pour accès plage, cuisine et salon très bien équipés , jolie propriété. Seul bémol fenêtres ouvertes trop bruyant avec la route et hauteurs sous plafond trop basse...( loft)

Beautiful apartment and views

We stayed 9 days in the apartment. It has everything we needed and was so comfortable. Ceilings are low in places so watch your head. There is access to the lake literally 2 minutes from the house and the larger beach is a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop right outside but this is not the free bus but it will take you to Annecy. The only drawback of the apartment is that it is close to a busy road so can be noisy. Yvonne was so helpful and responsive to our questions. Great views from the balcony and would definitely stay there again.

villa Anne-Marie exceeded expectations again

A superb place to spend your holiday if you are after a place close to the lake (quiet beach less than 5 mins walk away), if you like cycling (the popular cycling route is 2 mins away), hiking (spoilt for choice of routes). However, what sets this place apart is the lovely apartment and very friendly owners. Just be careful of the low beam (two carved ducks do act as a reminder!).

Fabulous Apartment close to lake.

The accommodations was brilliant . Full of character and absolutely huge . Pizza shop around the corner, convenient parking and lake just over the road . Lovely welcome when we arrived and Yvonne was a fountain of local knowledge. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Great stay! :)

We had a great stay in this flat. Only in some spaces in the flat the ceiling or the wooden planks are quite low. Also the road is a bit loud. But the flat is very close to the lake and with the bicycles it is not far to the next bakeries. I can recommend this appartment!

Excellent property in great location

Well appointed property in a great location very close to Lake Annecy at the Southern end. Great kitchen and balcony to eat outside. Nice shared gardens. Just note that the ceiling beams are quite low in places and you need to remember to stoop at times! Can be noisy as close to main road but it didn’t bother us. A great place to stay.

Great apartment in a beautiful area

This is a lovely apartment consisting of the entire top floor of a large detached building. Well equipped and nicely situated within walking distance of a beach and easy driving distance of many great tourist attractions. Yvonne was very helpful and friendly when we needed her too. The ceiling is a little low in parts, I'm only 5'10" and had to duck a lot but it's no big deal. Would definitely stay again if coming back to the area.

Very, very pleasant appartment

We stayed in the lovely and spacious loft appartment. It is very well quipped and we enjoyed our dinners at the balcony. Having the lake within walking distance made it possible to go for several swims during the day. The traffic noise from the road was a bit loud, but it would not prevent us from coming back!

Amazing location, beautifully decorated!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Anne-Marie! All the mod cons you could need & in the perfect location! Just a stones throw from Lake Anncey - beautiful! Best kept secret

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Villa Anne-Marie and the surrounding area. We were overwhelmed with the beautiful scenery – it has to be seen to be believed. The Loft Apartment was fantastic and exceeded our expectations - nothing had been forgotten, which made our stay perfect. We cannot recommend both the area and Villa Anne-Marie highly enough; indeed, it is very tempting to be selfish and make this our best kept secret. One word easily sums up our holiday: idyllic.

Girls Get-Together

Simply put... we did not want to go to sleep on the night before our departure because it meant we would have to wake up the next morning and leave! Friends for 30 years, we are three ladies that now live in different cities, in different countries so a get-together at Lake Annecy has been the most important and exciting thing on our agenda for the past 6 months. We were not disappointed! We were in the loft apartment at Villa Anne-Marie in Doussard. Wow! stunning is an understatement! You can visibly see the love that Yvonne & Carl have for the villa in the beautiful way they have restored the property… blending the old wooden beams in the open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area with modern appliances and utilities to make for easy and comfortable living. The balcony off the TV lounge is marvelous for sun-downers and al fresco dinners. All three bedrooms have magnificent old pieces of furniture, adding to the ambience. The beds are really comfortable too. And then there’s the garden! Lying on a lounger, soaking up the sun, surrounded by perfectly manicured trees, plants and flowers makes you feel like you have been dropped into paradise. Our only complaint would be the sound of the constant traffic going by but even that becomes background noise after a while. We relied on the water taxi and the bus to get us to Annecy and the other small places around the lake but then decided to hire a car for a few days to give us more flexibility and enable us spend more time at the places we really liked, namely Taillores and Menthon-St. Bernard. Swimming in the lake is just wonderful at these two areas. While we popped into the closest restaurant, Chez Ma Cuisine for coffee and/or drinks on a number of occasions, we decided to have dinner at Spinnaker on our last evening. Everything - the setting, the food, the wine, the service was perfect and a fitting end to a fabulous week of fun, laughter and many other happy memories. Yvonne, we thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us (and for answering our emergency call to come and fetch us from the store with all our groceries). Wait for us Annecy… we will be back… Alison, Gilian & Joanne

Villa Anne marie was purchased from madame Anne Marie pianasani by Carl and Yvonne as a derelict house in 2002, we are only the 2nd owners of this lovely property and have loving renovated the building into 2 stunning apartments ,we ourselves love the house and its surrounds and enjoy sharing it with our visitors,we live in the French alps with our two teenage daughters and jack russel, scooby .We have been in France for 20 yrs

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

the apartments are very spacious, well equipped and designed as homes not just rental apartments, we have kept many original features of the house, including things like framed magazines which were found in the building from 1911, I think the love put into the renovation makes it a special place to stay!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The proximity to the lake and cycle path , stunning views space and freedom of the house offers our guests a very enjoyable holiday,
Canadian canoe is available for guests use too, the port of bout du lac and the village summer markets make this a great place to stay.
The ferry boat that tours the lake stops very close by too.
