Maison de 3 chambres au bord de l'eau avec accès au lac. Plan d'étage flexible pouvant accueillir de petits ou grands rassemblements, avec chambres et salles de bain sur les 3 étages. La chambre principale a un chauffe-eau séparé pour le bain et son propre système de cvc. Laveuse et sécheuse sont fournies. Cuisine entièrement équipée et grande terrasse avec un grill et de nombreux sièges à l'extérieur.
C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, se diriger vers le lac ou visiter nos cascades locales.

Like being at home

The home was very welcoming.Clean, very well arranged with anything and everything you might need in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable with wonderful memory foam mattresses. You will meed nothing except for your clothing and food. We were all impressed. Thank you so much.Soconfortablecomfortable

FALL LEAF TRIP

Relaxing Lake Getaway

We loved staying here. We loved all the room I. The house but the spacious deck and lake view was wonderful! The master bedroom on the top floor even had deck to sit and enjoy morning coffee. One highlight of the trip was using the fire pit to make s'more's. We also loved the convenience of being so close to Cookville for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Getaway

Great Log Weekend!!

Great location near Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and Window Cliffs State Parks. Close to Cookeville for restaurants and groceries. Lovely view of the lake. Great for families.

Friend Getaway

Everything was was provided for us and very accommodating. The place was so lovely and enough space for all of us. We each had our own level in the house. The hosts were very responsive and made the whole process so easy from check in to check out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Lake House!

We love this lake house! This is our 3rd stay at the Lovely Lake Front Getaway, and we'll be back again! The boat ramp has been improved since we were here last. We love that we can leave our boat in the water anchored to the shoreline for our entire stay. Just a short walk to the lake from the house. The house itself is cozy and well-equipped. Just a fantastic getaway all around. We've brought friends and family and everyone always has the best time!

Comfortable lake house

Three old friends on a short vacation. We each had our own room and bathroom which was nice. The house has 3 stories and the listing is pretty accurate. Kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook all our meals without a hitch. Upstairs bedroom was the warmest of the house and the lower bedroom was the coolest. Owners were prompt with answers to questions. The only thing I would have liked was a tiny bit more dish soap. The best part was the deck that we hung out a lot on!

Great Lake house

The house and access to the lake was wonderful. It was very clean, equipped with everything you would need and plenty of room for all. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm, but manageable. Next time I rent I will bring a small portable fan to help that. But I recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy Center Hill Lake. Another plus, it is on Mine Like area which is my favorite spot on the lake. The host was very easy to work with. We had to cut our visit short due to a family emergency at home, but plan on booking another trip next year.

Great Lake house

Great lake home with seclusion. Each of our family members had their own spaces, plus decent size family room for everyone to gather. Large deck oversees the lake that is within walking distance. Easy to get to and easy check in/out. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay out near a lake. One negative, the stairs to the upper level are steep and the platform of each stair is narrow. My father-in-law couldn’t use the king bed because it was on the upper level and he’s had knee replacement surgery. Didn’t feel safe for him as the stairs weren’t normal width stairs. That’s the only complaint and it’s not really a complaint.

Girls Trip

The view of the lake from the deck is beautiful. Clean but we did find ants in the kitchen on our last day. We wished there was a hiking trail around the lake, but understand that perk is difficult to find. We would book it again.

Browsing for retirement

We are looking to retire near Center Hill Lake and found this property to be a great location for us to start our day from and come back home to. We had three couples and loved the fact that the bedrooms were all on separate levels and each had their own bathroom. Communicating with the hosts before the stay was quite easy, very responsive. We all agree we would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful views of the lake from the deck. The house is very nice and the kitchen is extremely well appointed. Three full bathrooms is a huge bonus. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving here for the second year in a row!

What a view and what a wonderful property!

The moment you entered the house, the cleanliness and attention to detail were unmistakable! Everything we needed to cook (and I mean everything!), dine, have fun, taking a walk, playing board games and being in awe of the view we’re at are fingertips. We didn’t leave the house/immediate area once, we had plans to, but just didn’t wanted to miss out on a moment enjoying the property. We will be back! In addition, the hostesses were so great to work and their responses to our questions via VRBO app were almost instantaneous!! So impressive. You’ll love the peace and quiet of this lovely home away from home.

Second time at this property

We love this house and especially the beautiful deck with the lake view. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of room on 3 different levels. We used a lot of the card/board games in the evenings. During the day we walked down to the lake to paddle board. We definitely will return.

We are a family from middle Tennessee who loves Centerhill Lake.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We wanted a property that we could wake in the mornings and have coffee looking out at the water and in the afternoons walk our kayaks down to the shore to put in or launch our boat without having to go to a busy marina. We haven't found a prettier Lake with it's clean water and pristine shoreline with no docks and it just feels like you are out on a "mountain lake".
