FRESH OFF UN REMODEL SUPERBE !!

Ce condo, votre maison loin de chez vous est dans la communauté fermée de Desert Falls. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont à quelques pas du patio. Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains a tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable et de nouveaux meubles partout. Nouveau barbecue également sur le patio. C'est un endroit paisible à visiter. À quelques minutes du quartier commerçant El Paseo et des nombreux excellents restaurants. Golf fabuleux tout autour de la communauté. Garage deux voitures, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Accès facile depuis l'autoroute 10. Notre objectif est que les gens visitent et se détendent et souhaitent revenir encore et encore. La vallée de Coachella vous appelle.

Clean, Comfortable, Private, Quiet Location

This house was perfect for a holiday in Palm Desert. It is the best all round house that we have stayed at in California. We picked this house because we had a good feeling of trust towards the manager Drew, and we feel this is important to avoid difficulties. Drew’s communication was excellent. He contacted us before we arrived and gave us complete instructions on how to enter the property and its location. When we arrived there was a welcome sheet for us explaining all of the conditions of the house and codes for doors and garage door opener. The house was close to shopping and restaurants. This house had one of the best equipped kitchens and all of the amenities such as toiletries, bikes, pool towels and BBQ were included. The house is located in a gated community and the maintenance of the properties is impeccable. The private lane way and garage were an asset. One of the best features was that the back of the house opened to a beautiful backyard with a pool and hot tub.This house ticked all the boxes. Great manager, clean, comfortable, private, quiet, location, and great for a family to relax at.

Schöne Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Terrasse ist mit schönen Möbeln bestückt, exakt wie auf den Fotos in der Anzeige. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Lage zum Pool, es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Tor. Die Kommunikation, das Einchecken am Gate des Country Clubs und im Haus, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Great Labor Day get away

Clean and bright condo with excellent access to pool. It had all of the comforts we needed and then some. We’d definitely return for another visit. The host was super nice and available for each step of our stay.

Great Vacation Spot for our Family!!!

What a great place for our family of 5, including a mobile 9mo old, to relax for a few weeks. With the pool just steps away it was perfect for nap time and time for the rest of us to enjoy the pool. There was enough space for all of us and the expanding dinning table worked great. Our host and property manager were so quick to respond if we had a question. The complex was quiet and though others live nearby we had the pool to ourselves for 2 weeks. It was a great landing spot for our family to unwind and enjoy the summer heat!

Very nice lace to stay!

I guess the measure of how much we like this place is our decision to stay here again this year after staying here last year, Its so relaxing and such a nice, clean place. We love the location in Palm Desert. My Mom stayed in Palm Springs and my brother lives in LaQuinta so we were right in the middle of them. This condo has lots of upgrades from most in this country club. They have tile everywhere (no carpet), large screen TV, huge bedroom with King bed, and really large bathroom The best part? The pool is just outside the backyard and it is a large lap pool, Loved it! A truly relaxing time in beautiful surroundings!

Perfect Getaway

The home was lovely, well-appointed, and we shared our space with a family of hummingbirds. The photos were accurate, and we couldn't have been more delighted. We actually never met the property manager, but he was very responsive to our singular request. The location is ideal, pickleball is plentiful, and bikes are provided. Just be aware that it is a two-family unit; noise, feet, and closets opening upstairs are apparent. We would definitely stay here again!!

AWESOME IN EVERY RESPECT

This is a beautiful, perfectly situated condo - the best that we have ever stayed in. It is extremely well stocked and well furnished. Having the pool and hot tub only a few steps away makes it perfect. We have stayed in many different condos in Desert Falls over the years but this is the nicest that we have been in. The property manager, Drew is outstanding. He is so good that we always try to stay at properties that he manages. He makes certain that everything is perfect and his communication is awsome! Bottom line - on a 5 star scale, the property and property manager are both 6 stars.

Desert Oasis

The condo we rented on our five-day trip to Palm Desert, CA was beautiful! It was exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site. It was a welcomed respite from the 105 degree temperatures at the end of each day. :) Our host, Drew, had tons of amazing information laid out for us when we arrived (pamphlets, magazines, maps, & notes with pertinent property information). He was also extremely helpful with the process and responsive to our questions from the time we booked until the day we left to head home. We couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely be hoping the property is available if we make our way back to Palm Desert in the future. Thanks Drew and Vrbo, for making traveling easy and fun!

Just what we hoped for

My wife and I planned our first trip to Palm Desert in early Sept. When we arrived it was 115 degrees. Luckily it averaged out to about 104 for the remainer of the week. When we arrived at the condo, we were pleasantly relieved the condo was just as advertised. It was clean, the AC was set to 75 which was comfortable with the outside heat, and the pool is literally just outside the sliding glass doors. The primary bedroom and bathroom are large. I enjoyed having my own sink in the bathroom. While the shower takes a 30-45 seconds to warm up, once up to temp, it is nice! The mattress is also extremely comfortable. We were hoping for a chill, relaxing week, and that is exactly what we had. The highlight for us was the pool. We spent a lot of time in both the hot tub and the pool. Wasn't aware of how windy and dusty this area gets. The patio furniture and pool are will get dirty. Luckily, the HOA scheduled pool maintenance every other day, keeping it as clean as possible. The other highlight for me was golfing the club course. How convenient to drive a couple of minutes, pull into the country club, practice a bit a play a couple of rounds. While we did not take advantage of the gym, we did take a tour of the facility. Overall, very happy with the trip, the condo and the communication with the property manager. Would highly recommend renting this unit if traveling to Palm Desert.

Palm Desert Get-away

The condo is beautifully decorated and very, very clean. The owner was great to work with. We were literally steps from the pool. The view of the full moon from the patio was awesome! The neighborhood is very quiet. We will return in the future and highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.

Stayed for the second time at this lovely condo and will book it again! Condo is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. BEST part is proximity of the condo to the pool! Grandkids had a wonderful time. Restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away. Drew was very accommodating and prompt to respond.
