Beautiful landscape/view

The Granary Loft was so beautiful! The view is absolutely stunning. The small town is adorable and such a dream! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Location!

Annestown is a very small, picturesque community of 26. The Granary Loft was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful break from non-stop activities for a week after arriving in Ireland. Very clean and modern and Sean was there to welcome us and very responsive when the Americans could not figure out how to operate the oven. Tramore is just a few minutes away for dining or shopping. Loved our stay here!

The Loft was great!

Quiet and peaceful

Great views from the apartment. Sean was super helpful in helping us get situated, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Stellar view of the Celtic Sea, with easy access to walking trails. Don't miss the Anne Valley Walk - well worth the effort.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place

The property was easy to find and Sean is a wonderful host. The place is spotless and the view is spectacular. I could just stay right there for a week with some good books and go for walks. Loved it!

A Lovely Coastal Hideaway

The Granary Loft is a cozy apartment above Annestown Beach. So comfortable and a beautiful view. It is well-appointed and was a perfect home base for our adventures. Sean was there to welcome us and answer any questions we had about the area and activities we might enjoy. Very Private.

Beautiful and peaceful setting on the southeast coast

Sean could not have been more welcoming and helpful, answering our questions prior to arrival, making check-in a breeze, and providing a set of great suggestions for getting to know local places and heritage. The apartment is quiet and looks out to a lovely meadow and the sea, with clear views of the beaches to the left. A terrific place to sit and enjoy in any weather. Highly recommend!

The Beauty of Waterford

We absolutely had a wonderful stay. The view is stunning as is the property and surrounding bluffs. You can walk to the beach within minutes. Nature has prepared beautiful things for you in the way of the rocks, cliffs, and water. Pack your bags!

An Incredible Stay

Sean and Maura were kind and so welcoming. Due to a storm there was a power outage and Maura stopped by with freezer packs to ensure my food didn’t spoil. The view was amazing. The walks were beautiful. An incredible place for retreating and writing. It was hard to leave. I will return ! 💚

Extraordinary location

The Granary Loft was an extraordinary location in a small village overlooking the Celtic Sea. The view was unlike anything I have ever seen before. Sean was a wonderful host. This was an ideal location to go to Tramore Beach and other historic locations. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely magical...

This was just magical. The view was stunning, and the location lovely for a quiet, rural, authentic Irish experience. Sean was attentive and helpful, and the space was well-stocked, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We walked the cliffs and the meadows, along the beach, and often just sat to watch the waves. I wish I could come back every year....

Splendid stay close to the shore.

We genoten van de prachtige omgeving. De vlakbij gelegen Anne valley walk is een echte aanrader. Aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf in een smaakvol ingerichte loft.

Perfekte stylische Unterkunft für 2

Es ist mehr eine Wohnung als ein Haus, man geht unten bei der Haustür rein und dann die Treppe hoch in ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Erker, von dem man den Strand sehen kann, unten und nebenan sind zwei weitere Unterkünfte. Daneben sind Schlafzimmer und Bad, super sauber und sehr stilvoll. Der Verwalter Seàn ist ein extrem hilfsbereiter, kompetenter Mann, der im Ort wohnt und immer prompt reagiert. Besser geht es nicht.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Hat uns gefallen! Im sommer könnte es aber dort warm werden ;) Aber klare Weiterempfehlung!

Million dollar view! Stunning!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. The view from the kitchen table out to the water was incredible. I thought the listing in the picture of the water was just somewhere in close proximity, it was! Right out the window! The bed and bedding was comfortable, the living and dining was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We wished for privacy, and that we got. Only thing missing was Shampo and conditioner for the shower but that was minor. All 5 stars from us! Thank you Sean!

Fabulous, quiet place with a wonderful view!

The Granary Loft is a jewel! If you are looking for an apartment away from the bus loads of people, not too far from grocery stores and you appreciate an amazing view of the Atlantic and enjoy walking a path along the river for a bit of exercise (5km one way) this is your place. The loft is very spacious and very nicely furnished and best of all, there is a towel warmer in the bathroom🙂 Sean was super helpful and I highly recommend this rental if you have a car and do not need to be in the city.

Tolle Location

Sehr schöne und vor allem moderne Wohnung . Eigentlich auch sauber, lediglich 3 Sterne gab es weil der Herd nicht wirklich sauber und der Backofen eigentlich kaum nutzbar war. Ich habe ihn am ersten Abend in Betrieb genommen und obwohl ich die Fettlache auf dem Boden etwas beseitigt hatte, hat es dazu geführt, dass der Rauchmelder los ging. Nicht sehr angenehm. Danach habe ich eben auf den Backofen verzichtet und es bei der Abreise der Putzfrau gesagt. Der Kontakt mit Sean dem Vermitter war im Vorfeld total nett, leider hat er sich während meines Aufenthalts nicht einmal blicken lassen, was ich doch ein wenig schade fand . Insgesamt aber ein sehr stimmiger Aufenthalt in einer klasse Umgebung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Fazit, jederzeit wieder.
