Le centre historique de Ravello est sur une colline, à 360 mètres d'altitude, même en plein été, le climat est agréable et frais. En partant du centre historique et en suivant des escaliers agréables, il est possible d'atteindre à la fois les villages supérieurs et inférieurs, qui accueillent de nombreuses solutions d'hébergement éloignées du centre. La residEnza 2 (avec la résidence La LaEnEnza 1 adjacente) est la seule villa de vacances située dans le centre historique de Ravello, entourée de 500 mètres carrés de jardin, avec un parking privé réservé aux clients et sans barrières architecturales pour faciliter l'accès des clients avec difficultés motrices. Il est situé à quelques mètres de la place centrale (Piazza Duomo), des bars, des restaurants et des transports publics à Amalfi, Positano et Sorrento.

La pelouse bien entretenue, ombragée d'oliviers et de palmiers, peut être admirée depuis le patio de la villa, meublé avec un mobilier de jardin confortable. Les intérieurs bien entretenus permettent un hébergement confortable pour 4 personnes dans les 2 chambres et, si nécessaire, une cinquième personne dans le salon. La kitchenette est équipée de tout le confort, y compris un four thermique / micro-ondes. La salle de bain a une baignoire confortable qui peut également être utilisée comme douche. Le lave-linge et le fer à repasser complètent l'équipement.

Emplacement idéal pour un ou deux couples qui souhaitent profiter de quelques jours tranquilles, pour la famille avec enfants pour jouer librement dans le jardin, pour les invités qui ne sont plus jeunes ou qui ont des difficultés de mouvement. Ravello, situé dans le centre de la côte amalfitaine, est l'endroit idéal pour commencer des excursions quotidiennes, puis revenir le soir pour dîner en plein air dans le jardin.

Le prix total n'inclut PAS:
- la caution de 100 euros demandée à l'arrivée, qui sera restituée à la caisse si aucun dommage n'est constaté;

Great place in centre of Ravello

The house is compact but has everything you need. The garden was the real bonus here - being able to sit outside ad enjoy the good weather in a beautifully kept garden was a highlight. The welcome from the housekeeper was really helpful and we settled in very quickly. Ravello is a great place to stay, with excellent food and drink options as well as all the transport links. Particular shout out to the excellent Salvatore's taxi services.

Outdoor Oasis

We rented Villa Enza for a week while in Ravello for our wedding. It was the most perfect central location, right up the steps is the main town square. It was also conveniently right next to the parking lot so we could get dropped off/picked up by our taxi with all of our bags right outside the door(typically in Ravello you need to walk as cars aren’t allowed within the town). The sister property is right behind, but still private and separated by a fence and hedges. It was convenient for us that family members rented this house so we could easily pop over to say hello(a good option to rent both if you are a larger group!). The inside of the house is quite small but if you’re only 3 people like we were, it was comfortable. The indoor AC was great also. The best part about the house was the beautiful garden and outdoor seating and dining area, we spent all of our time hanging out there. We would definitely recommend staying at Villa Enza while in Ravello!

Beautiful property in the perfect location! This house is located right next to a main parking area and only a staircase away from Ravello's main piazza. The interior was clean and comfortable. I wish I could have taken the backyard garden home with me, as it was such a lovely place to be.

The villa was beautiful. We felt a information sheet would been useful for example when a thunderstorm caused the electricity to go off we didn’t know how to find the switch to put it back on also a small welcome pack would have been nice.

Great Stay!

This property is located right in the heart of Ravello and very easy if you have a car as it is right off the central parking lot. The property has a beautiful view of the mountains and a great outdoor space. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the town.

Just fabulous

Truely fabulous house in Ravello.Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredibly quiet, but still only a 5 minute walk to the centre. Amazing garden with fresh produce and lovely soft lawn area overlooking the village of Scala. Only stayed for 3 days, next time I intend to stay much longer. Excellent customer service from Massimiliano and Antonella. Absolutely loved the place, thank you.

Absolutely amazing, worth EVERY Euro cent, not only as advertise...better!

Honestly, I could not have been more pleased. The pluses: honest, forthright, expert, accurate, prompt responses and assistance from owners Massimiliano and Giovanni, as well as manager Antonella. The pictures do not do the property justice. I arrived to find the property (both inside and out) absolutely immaculate...kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, garden, terrace, everything...including fresh linens and substantial, lovely cotton towels (that smelled really good, but if you like a washcloth, bring one). The terrace furniture is as comfortable as it appears, and the table accomodates 8 comfortably for dining al fresco. The terrace heavy cloth canopy provides protection from the sun while allowing light. The terrace is very large. The house is located just below (perhaps 30 steps, or a little longer sojourn up and around the corner on the road with no steps) the main piazza (del Duomo) and next to he municipal parking lot (you will have locked, private parking if needed adjacent to but separate from that lot). Up in and off the piazza, there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars for sitting, dining, drinking, just having fun. Cocktails are pricey, but a good pour, make it last and no one from the staff will "put on airs" that it is timefor you to leave. There is so much to see in Ravello. While there is no water view from the villa or garden, the view across the valley to Scala and the mountains is wonderful. There is a little noise from the parking lot, but it is truly minimal. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove (no oven), but I brought a microwave (it is possible the owners may now provide a microwave), full-size "American-style" refrigerator and kettle for tea and Bialetti for espresso. Pots, pans, dining ware and flat ware are sufficient for basic needs and in prety good shape. The bedrooms are large and there is ample storage in both. I found the mattress just right in a Goldilocks sense, and the linens new. Even the pillows (often a nightmare in Italy) were very nice and substantial. The 1 bathroom is fine, and while it may be a bit crowded for 4 persons, it gets the job done with plenty of hot water and some storage. I had to use the heat a couple of nights just for a few hours...worked great, absolutely great. There is a fireplace, but I did not use it, though I did use the Weber BBQ grill (charcoal) that worked very well (grilling tools and charcoal were provided). Now for the minuses: hmmmm, I cannot think of one, truly!

komplett eingerichtetes Häuschen, welches nichts vermissen ließ mit wunderschönem Garten; das einzige, was ergänzt werden könnte, wäre eine Klimaanlage.

Stunning views from this this little gem

Comfortable little villa in the heart of Ravello, however peaceful & quiet, only 2 mins walk to the main square, lots of restaurants to choose from. In our opinion Ravello is by far the prettiest village on this coast (& we visited all of them). The garden has stunning views looking over towards the village of Scala. Car not necessary, public transport & ferries to all other villages. We didn't spend much time in the villa as the outside space was so pretty & had comfortable seating, where we could enjoy the view. Check in was smooth & we were met with the keys at the villa & shown around & given some advice about the area. The villa was very clean & tidy & well maintained, however I have only given 4 stars due to the fact that the description stated "A large dining room with fully equipped kitchen". In my opinion it is not a fully equipped kitchen, as there is no oven, no microwave or toaster (this was perhaps an oversight on my part for not reading the facilities at the villa properly). It would have been nice to have at least a toaster, & a microwave would have been a bonus. I understand it would be difficult to put an oven in. We were provided with 1 facecloth, 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel each for 10 days, this wasn't really a problem as we washed these in the washing machine, the same goes for the bed linen. However It could have been a problem if we had been unable to get these dry due to weather conditions, but happily the sun was shining. Overall the villa is beautiful, with stunning views & is set in a perfect location to explore all that Ravello has to offer on foot, & to also explore the other towns & historic sights. We also caught the ferry to Capri & visited Pompeii (well worth a visit, my advice would be to have a guided walking tour as the sight it vast). I hope you enjoy your stay at Villa Enza as much as we did.

Bella comoda e con panorama incantevole

Villa Enza è fantastica dopo averla visitata l ho scelta come punto d appoggio per la preparazione al matrimonio di mia figlia. Splendida per le fotografie e perfetta per qualsiasi evento Meraviglioso il curassimo giardino. Gli ospiti incantati dalla vista che si gode dal il giardino.Pulizia eccellente. Sistemazione eccellente

La casa è piccola ma molto comoda per 4 persone. Il giardino bello spazioso è molto ben tenuto. Il portico è ideale per mangiare e rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima, bastano due minuti per essere al centro del paese, il parcheggio privato è una soluzione super. Peccato che manca una connessione WLAN. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili.

Casa nel cuore di Ravello

La casa è molto comoda per 4 persone ha un giardino molto ben tenuto ed il portico è ideale per mangiare e rilassarsi. La casa è posizionata a 2 minuti (a piedi) dal centro. Avere il parcheggio privato è il top. L' unica pecca è la mancanza di una connessione WLAN. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili.

nahzu perfekt

Schon der Kontakt vor der Anreise war zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Auch für Anfragen während des Aufenthalts hatten die Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr und waren sehr hilfsbereit! Das Haus, besonders die Küche, ist bestens und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber! Garten und Terrasse sind einfach nur wunderschön. Trotz der zentralen Lage (ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Piazza) ist es sehr ruhig und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das fehlende WLAN im Haus. Allerdings hat man auf der Piazza und den meisten Restaurant auf Anfrage kostenlosen Zugang. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Nel cuore di Ravello

Casa piccola ma ben strutturata. Giardino molto bello e splendido porticato dove mangiare e rilassarsi. L'altra unità, seppur vicina, non disturba la privacy in quanto i giardini sono ben separati. La posizione è ottima, attaccata al centro del paese, la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino alla casa è impareggiabile. Molto disponibile il proprietario e i suoi fratelli!
