Une atmosphère surprenante mais accueillante. C’est l’aspect le plus caractéristique d’Urbana 47, du restaurant historique de la Via Urbana et des nouveaux espaces conçus pour accueillir les voyageurs arrivant dans la Ville Éternelle.

La structure est située dans le quartier le plus fascinant, calme et typique de Rome, à partir duquel il est possible de découvrir la ville avec simplicité, en marchant sans soucis, parmi des places suggestives et des rues éternelles.

Une grande chambre lumineuse donnant sur l'historique et calme via Urbana. Le style de cet espace est élégant et essentiel, avec un mobilier composé de pièces uniques, de meubles récupérés et d’éléments conçus sur mesure. Great time

I stayed for a week in early November. Excellent location. Loved the room and enjoyed the maid service. All staff were wonderful. Ate a the restaurant a handful of times and I recommend it as well.

Stylish and Modern

Absolutely perfect VRBO accommodation and location was central and quiet. Ate at restaurant downstairs both nights, amazing. I would highly recommend this place!!

Clean and modern decor. Friendly and helpful hosts. Walkable to many locations & easy to take the train to the Vatican. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful location in Monti. It is a lively area but I didn't find it overly loud too late. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. I appreciated the cleaning service during the day. The restaurant below was nice as well and the discount didn't hurt. Thank you!

Great location!

Accommodations were very clean and comfy. Location was above a restaurant with great food and so convenient to have an afternoon drink. Walking distance to train station and almost any landmark you want to see.

Great place

We loved this place! Angelo was super welcoming and was extremely responsive and punctual responding to any questions we had. The location was fabulous with a lot to do, but quiet to sleep at night. The restaurant downstairs was also great! Overall, highly recommend and would 100% stay here again!

A/C stayed on while not in the unit which made sleeping wonderful. Also get discount at restaurant below. Restaurant was delicious especially when we first arrived absolutely exhausted.

Perfect Location in Roma

We couldn't have asked for a better location, in the heart of Monti, Rome - the neighbourhood to be. Excellent room, ideally situated above the hosts restaurant which served amazing food and drinks. Perfectly situated within walking distance of all the main attractions.

The room was cute and clean, and I loved having access to the peaceful terrace, a quiet escape within the bustle of the city. The neighborhood is excellent, a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum but with not as many tourists as you would expect so close to a tourist hotspot. Angelo and the staff at the Urbana47 restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Can't recommend enough!!

Perfect location

The apartment was in a perfect location on a limited vehicle street The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in was simple and the host was very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags several hours before check in. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very cute stay!

It’s always a gamble reserving private stays abroad internationally especially when we are hoping for air conditioning in an ancient city but this stay did not disappoint! It was such a cute inn above a very trendy Italian restaurant. Food was great there as an extra perk! Angelo and his family were very welcoming as they have a role in the inn/restaurant. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic and very convenient location in City. Unit itself was dark, uncomfortable bed and bedding (pilling sheets) and lacked amenities (shampoo, fridge (had super micro fridge that only fit 2 small water bottles), no coffee pot, wine glasses

Nice Urban Rome Stay

We had a great experience here, met with Marco to get us set up with the place, he made it very easy for us. Very convenient being above a well established restaurant and bar. Great walking distance to many attractions. Felt hip and new, in contrast to the history of Rome. Thanks again!

Wondering!

It was wonderful. The location was really nice to be so close to good restaurants and night life. The rooms were surprisingly quiet for their location which was awesome. Angelo was really nice and he put a lot of work into the space. I definitely recommend it!

Great Apartment near tourist attractions

This is a great apartment and it was very close to the many tourist attractions. The restaurant below is part of the company and was helpful when we looked lost trying to find the apartment. Check in and out was a smooth process and the daily house keeping was a bonus as was the communal terrace. Even though it was on a busy street we didn't really hear to much noise at night time. Would suggest this place if you are staying in Rome.

Ideal location and a comfortable, cool property.

Such a cool and uniquely decorated property. The location is about a 15 min walk from all the major attractions and is in such a cool part of the city with a hip vibe. The property was super secure with two door requiring passcodes and a convenient key card entry for the room. The room had a comfortable bed, mini fridge and black-out curtains. Our host was incredibly welcoming and will definitely be searching out this property for our next stay in Rome.

Property was very conveniently located. Host was very friendly. Lighting in the room is poor even during the day. Bathroom was very small and I felt amenities were very limited. I felt the biggest pet peeve was the noise. I'm a light sleeper so the garbage truck driving every morning was a nuisance, and as we are right outside a strip of restaurants, you can hear people talking at night.

Super cute room and neighborhood

This was an amazing place to stay!! It's such a cute, quaint room. The room is right above the restaurant, I recommend going there too! It's also a great location. The neighborhood is very nice, it's got a lot of restaurants right on the street, and you can walk to some of the historical sites. Ezio was also super helpful. Checking in and out was smooth, he promptly responded to my messages. Be prepared that the fridge in the room is tiny, only a few waters fit in there. Next time I'm in Rome, I'm staying there again! I highly recommend staying here!
