Cet immeuble d'appartements avec services hôteliers est situé juste à côté d'Oxford Street, à Soho Square, l'une des places de jardin les plus anciennes et les plus attrayantes de Londres au cœur de Theatreland.

La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit double et d'un lit simple. Dans la deuxième chambre, il y a deux lits simples. Vous pouvez également trouver un très bon espace de rangement et de garde-robe.

Du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 13h00, il y a des installations de réception à temps partiel dans cet immeuble. Il y a aussi un interphone et une ligne téléphonique directe.

Les salons et salles à manger sont très spacieux et confortables. Ils sont complétés par un mobilier moderne et offrent une vue sur la place du jardin. Une télévision couleur est disponible dans le salon.

Perfect location

Great location within walking distance to many sights and the tube. Management was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Soho Trip

Great Location and Accommodation was good. Lovely view to SoHo square from Lounge. Only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there.

Well situated, well stocked flat

Great experience

Property is in a great location and is great for a family. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. Agnes (property manager) was very helpful and taxi service provided by Derek and Peter for airport transfers made everything very easy.

Quiet & Spacious SoHo Flat

Perfect London stay!

An absolute gem of a property! Everything was just perfect! The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable, it was very spacious and best of all was the location. Close to EVERYTHING! Fantastic location

We were able to walk to nearly all the sights we wanted to see. A Tesco grocery and lots of shops, restaurants, and the tube were very close. The apartment was comfortable and met our needs. The only drawback was arriving on a weekend. Getting to the apartment from Heathrow on the tube is easy but weekend check in involves a mandatory cab ride costing nearly 100 pounds and an unsafe ride due to driver.

Forget the design - enjoy the excellent location

Having lived in London some 30 years ago and back then working on the Strand, I found the location better than anything I could have wished for Apartment itself is roomy for a family of 4 Kitchen well equipped Bedrooms quiet as towards the back Hot water works well, heating works well Cleanliness was ok-ish, The Lady caretaker of the building was very helpful, friendly and joyful - she changed the not working TV without a hitch But again the best of this apartment is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

The apartment was clean. There was a very strong floral detergent used on all the bedding and towels. It took 3 days for the smell to dissipate.

Location, Location, Location!

This flat is phenomenally located in Soho Square which makes it central to just about everything! We walked everywhere and took the bus or underground when needed. The place was clean and comfortable, but make sure you put toilet paper on your list for the grocery store because there was only one roll. The Wi-Fi is pretty much non-existent, so we brought a portable Wi-Fi. Luckily, we were out and about during our week stay that it was hardly needed.

The check in process was easy and were met by the property owner and shown around, which was very nice. The living room and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were a little dated but kept nice and clean and had everything we needed. We required an extra blanket as we happened to visit at a time during a cold snap. The owner was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our request. We also needed to make a local call and didn't have international phones and the owner also very kindly let us make a call from her personal phone. The only criticism would be the wifi wasn't up to modern day standards to meet communication needs. The modem was so old that connectivity was very slow and sometimes dropped out. Overall we were very happy staying here, and the location is fabulous if you want to be able to walk to many attractions and public transport.

Family of 4 vacay

My family and I stayed at this location for approx 10 days. The pictures and descriptions were accurate from the listing. The biggest plus was the location. Soho Square is a great location. Yes, there was a little activity/noise in the evenings but that's to be expected in that location. It was great being able to walk to the Tesco and pick up food. We ate in for breakfast every morning and cooked dinner a couple of times during our stay. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. We enjoyed sitting in the living room in the evenings, having a good view to the park, resting and relaxing before our next day's full agenda. The living room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend taking advantage of the car/taxi service that is available with the rental. Our driver was very professional and courteous. Nice arrangement and set up b/c he had our keys and we were able to immediately drop our luggage and go out for the day. The washer dryer was a big plus since we only brought a few clothes. I highly recommend this property and we would rent again!!

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville. L'épicerie est à seulement 4 minutes. Il y a une tonne de boutiques et de restaurants accessibles à pied. La station de métro est à 4 minutes. Le quartier est bruyant, il faut donc fermer les fenêtres la nuit. Le wifi est vraiment mauvais et il n'est pas illimité. Nous avions lu les commentaires des autres invités, donc nous savions à l'avance ce à quoi nous attendre. Nous avons pris le taxi proposé par la compagnie de location à l'arrivée. Pour le retour, nous avons utilisé le train de la Elizabeth Line. L'aéroport Heathrow est située à 45 minutes.

Perfect place in Soho

The location is great. There are MANY restaurants just a few feet away. Little market very close. This was our second time staying in this building. The people partying outside can be a little loud sometimes. We would stay here again if we went back to Soho.

Exelent location you can reach every where by 10 - 15 minutes waking, very silent aprtment especialy in the bedrooms. even it's not new it's wae vey very clean! the elavator which bringe you direct to your floor is a big plus. don't miss it!

Nice flat in busy SoHo Square

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Joan, property manager, was so helpful, even when flight plans changed 24 hours before arrival. She arranged for cab transport for two different flights arriving at different airports, giving us peace of mind in arriving to the flat. We enjoyed our stay...the flat was clean and comfortable. Flat is not air conditioned and we were there during a significant heat wave (100+ degrees for 2 of the days) and while warm, the flat had fans which helped keep us comfortable. Only downside of the place was the street noise on the weekends, as SoHo Square is a hopping place on the weekends, with lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Although very busy outside, the bedrooms are in the back of the flat and we didn't hear street noise from there. But you may want to consider that if you have young children with. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting London in the future!

Enjoyed our stay

The property manager was very helpful from the start and arranged for transportation from Heathrow. It was a great setup for our family of 4. It is a very central location to most sites in London. It is on the edge of Soho, so could be loud on weekend nights on that side of the flat, but not in the bedrooms. It quieted down around 23:00. We have 2 suggestions for the property manager. 1.) The WiFi is awful. It was explained to us that it wasn't great, but was really only usable if you were next to the entry door. This made it difficult for my daughter and I to do any necessary work. 2.) The Queen size mattress has about 3 broken springs on the left side. Thank you for all of your assistance.

I stayed here with my mum for 5 nights. The location is excellent with the apartment looking out on Soho Square. Lovely apartment too. Will be staying again next time am in London.

Great apartment and location

Cannot beat the location, walking distance to Oxford street, Soho, Covent, Chinatown, etc etc. Underground, buses, and tesco near by. Many pubs, restaurants near by. Offers quiet relaxing stay at very heart of the city. Soho square brings peace. Good and soft beds. Clean and well equipped apartment + kichen. Only complaint that the wifi was slow.

Great base for Central London

Location is terrific. Soho Square is a wonderful neighborhood with very little traffic; Covent Garden, British Museum, department stores, and the eastern part of the theatre district are all short walks away; Tesco is a block away and a M&S food hall is 2.5 blocks; one block to tube station; lively pubs; wonderful feel to the square in the evening. Elevator in building. Completely redone kitchen and bathroom. The only difficulty is that an investment company runs the flat. I was used to Homeway properties being placed by an individual owner. That caused some miscommunications because I didn't expect to be dealing with a company. My fault, not theirs. If you want to see the V&A and Hyde Park area, or eat in Michelin -starred restaurants, maybe not a good choice, but otherwise it is hard to beat this place. It's not a luxury flat with a hot tub, etc., but it's a good solid choice, especially if you like to walk the streets of a city to get the feel of it.

Nice apartment with space for all. Great location just minutes from the tube. All beds comfy - nice and quiet in the evening, but close to plenty of trendy restaurants, night spots, etc.

Fabulous

Clean spacious apartment overlooking park. Close to theatres, museums, shops, restaurants, Trafalgar Square. Perfect for our family of five. Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we visit London
