À propos de cet hébergement

Appartement entièrement meublé de 95 m2 avec climatisation et grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la vieille ville. Il se compose de 2 chambres, dont une suite parentale avec une salle de bain privée complète et une deuxième chambre avec accès à une autre salle de bain. Grandes armoires dans les 2 chambres et 1 coffre-fort dans l'armoire de la suite. Un salon spacieux avec un canapé très confortable, une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur et congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, four, plaque vitrocéramique, hotte aspirante, micro-ondes, machine à café, cafetière électrique, bouilloire, presse-agrumes électrique), réception TV satellite (chaînes portugaises, françaises et autres) et WIFI gratuit dans tout l'appartement. Il y a aussi deux sèche-cheveux (un dans chacune des salles de bain), lave-linge, corde à linge, fer à vapeur et planche à repasser.
Il est possible de réserver un parking sécurisé au sous-sol de l'immeuble, sous réserve de disponibilité et de paiement supplémentaire (low cost).
Piscine et jardin communs dans la résidence et clôturés. Deux chaises longues sont disponibles pour la piscine.
Terrasse avec table et chaises et une vue privilégiée sur la mer et la ville.
Plage à 5 minutes à pied. Pas besoin de voiture, tous les commerces, restaurants et bars sont à proximité. Magasin d'alimentation à côté, le centre commercial avec CONTINENTE est également très proche. Si vous l'aimez tous les jours, il y a un marché avec des produits frais (fruits, légumes, poisson, ...).
Les draps et les serviettes de bain sont fournis et les lits sont faits à l'arrivée.
L'aéroport le plus proche est FARO, à 29 km. Un taxi peut facilement vous déposer à l'appartement. Demandez-moi ses coordonnées, je vous les communiquerai. Lina vous accueillera pour vous remettre les clés et vous faire visiter l'appartement. Vous pouvez lui poser n'importe quelle question.
Si vous venez en voiture, vous pouvez facilement vous garer dans la rue.
De nombreux parcs dans la région: zoo marin, Splash, parc aquatique, etc.

Had a great time

We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there.

Beautiful view

This is a great little condo. It is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is stunning! The beds are very firm and the pillows were not the best, but everything else was really great. Host was very amenable and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Quick visit to Albufeira

Property is as described, walk up 2nd story apartment, clean and spacious with Beautiful views of the city and ocean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, check in was easy and after parking our car in the garage we walked to the beach and restaurants, which were all easily accessible on foot. Our family of 5, had a great time here on our 3 day stay. Thank you Maria Teresa.

This home is beautiful and spacious with an incredible view! Close to local amenities like a grocery store/ coffee shop/ restaurants and a short walk down to the beach/ main strip. The host was really kind and very responsive, we felt so welcome and would absolutely recommend to others

Host is very kind. The view is amazing. Great area. Close to beach and old town. I found the beds too hard for my liking so suffered a bit with that, only reason for 4 star.

Balcony has fantastic view!

Maria was a wonderful host. Her place was super clean and she was very responsive and helpful! The apartment is very spacious and updated nicely. It has the most AMAZING from the balcony. We would highly recommend this place and will stay there when we come back to Albuferia!

Fabulous apartment

We have just arrived home from a fabulous stay in Albufeira. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Our lovely host Maria Teresa was extremely helpful right from my queries when booking the apartment. The view is amazing and the pool area is very well kept and a relaxing area to chill. Our teenage daughter and her friend also loved Albufeira and the lovely apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was lovely and welcoming. She replied quickly to any questions/messages and took time to explain about the apartment. The view was beautiful and the location was ideal - a (very) short walk to beach and a wide range of restaurants. The host was also kind enough to provide local recommendations and information to improve our stay. The apartment was lovely, very clean and full of amenities. We would all love to stay again.

Nice location to explore Algarve East and West without changing hotels every night

Maria Teresa was so welcoming. She accommodated a last minute request to come a day early. She met us at the door and explained all the details of the apartment. The bowl with fresh Algarve oranges and breakfast rolls were delicious. We were in Algarve several days and the location was perfect to explore the sites we wanted to see without packing our bags and relocating each night. The ability to do laundry was a plus. The only down side was the noise from night clubs most of the night. By keeping the windows closed and A/C on we could block most of the noise. It would have been nice to enjoy the ocean breeze at night without the noise.

Great host and great apartment!

Maria was a very gracious and helpful host! She met us upon arrival to give us all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was well appointed with 2-bedrooms, 2 showers and a simply beautiful view of the town and sea from the large balcony. Maria even provided some “welcome treats” for us including coffee, chocolate candy, a bottle of wine and some milk. We also had private parking under the apartment, which was nice and safe. Maria was very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her quick response to our questions! I would recommend this apartment 100%!!!! Thank you Maria for being a great host!!!

Great Location, good vibes

We stayed 5 nights at this property. The location was fantastic for us. The view from the balcony was awesome. Everything was neat and tidy, the kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms very clean, with good modern fixtures, AC worked well. Enough parking outaide, we never had to use the indoor parking. Its walking distance to the main albufeira party zone and beach. We shopped at the supermarket continente...perfect for everything. (Much better than lidl). Albufeira is central to just about everything if you driving. If you are comfortable with a party vibe and atmosphere, this is the place for you. Maria was great as a host ,very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this property to my friends

View is exactly as promised

I stayed in this flat January 2023. The check in process was very easy even though I couldn't meet the host in person. She Teresa left me very detailed instructions about getting in the flat, as well as the various need to know use of the ammenities. The bedroom is well equipped and very spacious. The bed is comfortable and the view is nice from there as well. The ensuite bathroom is also spacious and well equipped. The layout of the flat is great. The natural light is amazing and the view from the balcony is just amazing, especially at night. I didn't use all of the appliances (stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher), but the refrigerator is a great size and works well. The rest of the flat is very well stocked with all the utensils and dishes, glasses etc. I really liked the location. Old Town, Albufeira Terrace (great shopping and grocery stores), and lots of bars and restaurants are all walking distance from the flat. I would recommend this unit and will stay at it, again.

The best thing about this property was the veranda (balcony), the seaview was incredible, but be prepared for the Meet Bar in Old Town that is loud and you will have to hear most of the night. This apartment sleeps 6, but I would consider it more like 4, 2 adults and 2 small children. The single/twin beds are more for children then larger adults. Even the towels provided are small. If you have any mobility issues this is not the right place. The elevator doesn't work at all. And you have to go down 5 flights of stairs to get to the garage to drag loungera outside for the pool. That also means 5 flights of staira back up to your apartment. Overall the apartment was satisfactory, but I also slept on a couch for 6 nights as I am not a small women. It does pull out but it's not comfortable. The communication with the host was great

Hillside Albufera

The apartment was very nice, well equipped & decorated. Initially it appeared clean but when we did our own cleaning after a few days we found the sofa filthy under the cushions & a lot of dust under the beds. The location is great the large patio facing SW gave us great sun sets. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately she did not live there & the cleaning lady representing her was difficult to deal with. We had a two bedroom apartment but the bedding wasn’t on all beds. When we asked for a second key we were told to call the owner, the smart tv wasn’t smart but the owner had it changed. We use the tv because we were on a long term stay. There were a Meriad of minor maintenance issues the door lock malfunctioned & my wife got locked in while I was locked out. Again the owner responded quickly. I really like this place so maybe we were a first tenant of the season or something but the issues were annoying. The place has great potential but the cleaning lady needs some coaching. When ever we asked her for something she seemed annoyed but it might be just a communication problem as well. We have stayed in 4 VRBO’s on this trip without incident except for here.

Appartement magnifique

Nous avons habité l'appartement de Maria Theresa pendant une semaine Hôte très gentille, attentionnée, organisée et répond rapidement à nos demandes Elle nous a même accommodée en nous accueillant avant le check-in pour nous permettre de déposer nos valises et stationner l'auto dans le garage. Appartement chaleureux, Super propre, spacieux et très bien décoré. Grand balcon avec un toit qui donne une vue superbe de la ville et de la plage On peut entendre le son des cloches de l'église et en fin de journée la musique de la ville Cuisine fonctionnelle avec en plus un lave-vaisselle Salon confortable A proximité de restaurants, épiceries, plages Nous avons manqué de rien et vraiment adoré notre séjour 2 choses à améliorer : 1- Dépendant des personnes, le matelas de la chambre principal pourrait être mieux 2- Les joints de la douche auraient besoin de petites retouches. Au final, je recommande sans aucune hésitation si Albufeira est votre destination. Ca été pour nous le meilleur appartement lors de notre exploration du Portugal.

Gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Tolle Aussicht mit Terrasse. In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht. Was etwas störte war die Musik aus dem Zentrum. Aber sobald die Fenster zu waren, war alles sehr leise.
