L'Island Inn a été conçu pour vos vacances, chaque détail a été pensé pour que vous puissiez vous détendre et profiter. L'auberge est une maison privée au bord du lac que vous pouvez appeler la vôtre. Le bord du lac autour du pont est un endroit idéal pour se divertir, se détendre ou regarder le coucher du soleil sur le lac. Évadez-vous et détendez-vous dans cette maison paisible et tranquille sur Otter / Sylvan Lake dans le comté d'Oakland au Michigan. Cette maison a été méticuleusement rénovée avec tous les nouveaux meubles (pieds carrés d'espace de 2 étages, y compris un sous-sol fini, 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, 2 cuisines complètes et 3 murs de porte qui mènent à un bord du lac autour du pont! La suite principale a son propre balcon privé au bord du lac et une baignoire à jets d'angle - une retraite dans une retraite! Cette incroyable maison de vacances pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 9 personnes dans des lits (le 9ème est un lit pliant et peut aller dans n'importe quelle pièce).
Les équipements comprennent; Front de lac, vue sur le lac depuis presque toutes les pièces de la maison, barbecue à gaz, 2 foyers au bois naturel et quais pour pêcher. La maison est située à Waterford, Mi, à 16 km du DTE Energy Music Theatre (concerts d'été), à 8 km du palais d'Auburn Hills, de Pine Knob Ski and Snowboard Resort, à 16 km du centre-ville de Birmingham, à 11 km de Great Lakes Crossings Outlet Mall, à 30 miles du centre-ville de Detroit (et des casinos!)et à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de tonnes de boutiques, de restaurants et de lieux de vie nocturne! wunderbares Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Das Haus ist gepflegt und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Check-in ging über einen Schlüsselsafe an der Haustüre problemlos. Ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten (wir waren 7 Personen) und viele Handtücher vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet, mit fehlte nur eine Teekanne. Die Lage ist traumhaft, großer Rasen direkt vor dem Haus und die Lage direkt am See ist toll. Von den Nachbarn durften wir Kanus ausleihen, vielen Dank. Im Garten am See gab es, etwas versteckt, eine tolle Strandbar. Leider wussten wir nicht ob diese zum Haus oder zu den Nachbarn gehört. Eine Info wäre hier hilfreich gewesen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Leider gab es am vorletzten Tag einen Stromausfall in der Straße, wodurch sowohl die Kaffeemaschine als auch der Geschirrspüler Schaden genommen haben und danach nicht mehr funktionierten. Überall im Haus gab es Gästebücher in die man sich eintragen konnte. Im Souterrain gab es viele Bücher und Spiele, sowie eine zweite Küche und eine weitere Terrasse mit Zugang zum Garten. Das Haus wäre also auch für zwei Familien geeignet.

The property was clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck was spacious and very relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves and would rent again in the future.

Beautiful place for relaxing with family!

We had a great time at the LAKEHOUSE! It was beautiful and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other! It was close to everything! The weather could have been better but maybe next time mother nature will be kinder! Love Michigan!

Lovely Family Stay with lots of room

Visited with family from all over and used this as a central spot for fun outdoor days and visits to the Henry Ford. This lake house was worth the drive because it gave us the relaxing spot every night to enjoy each other. Would love to come back in the future!

Lake House was perfect ❤️

Thank you for such a great home to stay at. We are from the West Coast and came to Michigan to see family. The Lake House was perfect for us. We enjoyed the views, fishing for northern pike in the lake, and watching the fireflies. We had plenty of room and coffee on the deck was a morning treat. All the surrounding plants on the property were a very nice touch. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Memorial Day Weekend 2021

Pro: Layout of house for two families Two refrigerators and basically two living spaces. Plenty of towels Multiple televisions Nice area outside for hanging out -lots of running room for kids as well Fishing poles for use and great fishing! Comfortable house overall Private- not super busy location Cons: Could have used more of a deep clean- spider webs in corners and on windows, deck was dirty and we had to sweep It off Killed multiple spiders in the basement. Should be sprayed possibly Grass was long and mowing company came during our stay on holiday weekend while we were in the yard. Wish this would have been done before we got there. Lots of goose and swan feces near the lake Great stay overall just overall cleanliness needs improvement.

Exceptional!

Stayed here with family while we were in town for my brothers memorial service at the Great Lakes National Cemetery. The location was central to that and other family and friends. Fun pubs and restaurants also very nearby. It worked out perfect. The house was better than pictured. We had a few minor bumps but the owners acted quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my 7 other family members. The house has room enough for all to have their privacy as well as several perfect gathering spaces. Home has 3 levels - loft bedroom upstairs (no door) but did not seem to be an issue for Dad and Stepmom. We used the pool table more than we thought we would (it is on the main level or 2nd floor adjacent to dining/kitchen). The large sectional for relaxation along with a 2nd kitchenette downstairs in basement or 3rd level which also has the walkout to a firepit and the gorgeous lake. Views are amazing! The deck wraps around the side and back of the house and had comfy furniture - we found the cushions in the garage. The owners were truly generous with ample stock of amenities and sundries - even had coffee and chocolates! Yum! We would DEFINITELY stay here again -- preferably during the Summer months when we could've facilitated the lake. Thank you to Stacy and Thomas for their exceptional hospitality! They are truly super hosts with a fabulous rental!!!

Serene Getaway

My family enjoyed this serene lake house getaway! We especially enjoyed the walkout basement, main floor kitchen and pool table. All beds are comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. We look forward to returning to fully enjoy the lake.

We visited the property with a group of 8 adults and here was plenty of room for everyone. The house was better than the pictures, and we had a great time.

Excellent Lakefront Getaway

The home is very well kept and equipped. All the kitchen essentials and plenty of towels. The presentation of the home when we arrived was excellent and very clean. My parents, siblings and their spouses (traveled from Ohio) all spent 3 nights here and we had a great time. We enjoyed the pool table and playing cards/games on the outdoor patio table. There is a nice gas grill just off the kitchen on the deck we used to cook out. The bedrooms were all comfortable and good size. The decor was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

Plenty to do. We caught some fish, used the paddleboard’s, enjoyed the bonfire pit, enjoy the corn hole game, enjoy the pool table, and had a nice family barbecue

Wonderful Getaway Experience

Stacey and Tom are outstanding hosts. Their home is clean, comfortable, inviting... and we cannot begin to express our gratitude for their willingness to share this location with others. We’re from L.A. and brought our family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation, 22nd bday, and a new job. Great times together and memories that will last a lifetime! Perfect for our family Thanksgiving

My daughters and their husbands joined me for Thanksgiving. This house was perfect to accommodate our group. The pool table and fireplace was a hit and the lower level provided great space for all of us to watch football. We would love to come back and enjoy the lakefront

What a beautiful home and setting for a vacation with the family!

This home was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and just the right size for a family gathering. The only surprise that wasn't in the listing was that the owner and others reserve the right to use the waterfront property while renters are occupying the home. The only way we found out was in the rules regarding the house that were kept in the binder on site. It was an uneasy feeling when someone (we assumed the owners) parked in the driveway, someone got out of the vehicle and ate lunch, then took their water equipment and walked down the side of the house and behind the house to the waterfront. It would have been more comforting if they would have come to the door and introduced themselves. Overall, the stay was wonderful!
