The residence Fiorita is a modern building consisting of 8 residential units, located in the central of Via Maja near the beach and renovated from top to bottom in the year 2019. An exclusive location, ideal for families or groups from 4 to 8 people in a nice and lively position. The location, although quiet, is ideal for enjoying all the services offered by Bibione Spiaggia while remaining 250 m from the sea, a few hundred meters from Piazzale Zenith and only a few minutes from the therme.
In all apartments there are two bedrooms, air conditioning system with inverter heat pump and a parking space in the condominium courtyard, moreover, available to guests free of charge Wi-Fi and a laundry room on the ground floor.
Three-room apartment just 250 m from the sea, near the pedestrian promenade in the well-known center of Bibione Spiaggia. Complitely renovated accommodation is a welcoming holiday flat. The layout is typical of the open space: living room with double sofa bed, dining area with 6 seats and a modern open kitchen equipped with appliances: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave and in general everything for cooking. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds. Finally, a large bathroom with window and large shower box. Each unit has air conditioning with heat pump, a parking space, wifi connection and access to the shared laundry room on the ground floor.
