Vues incroyables de la chaîne principale. Bordereau de bateau inclus dans le prix de location (11 pieds de large par 27 pieds de long). Situé à Mile Marker 2 près du barrage. 8 personnes confortablement. Entièrement meublé. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. Beaucoup d'espace. 2 piscines. Aire de jeux pour les enfants. Situé près de Horseshoe Bend Road. Deux miles du barrage de Bagnell. Près de Gators Shady et Crapauds Horny. Big Thunder Marina à proximité. Perfect stay

The property was a great size, very clean, perfect location and had everything we could want or need. We chose this property because we needed one where our boat could fit for the weekend as well and it was also in the same cove as the rest of our group, so it was perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Lake views

This place is very nice the view of the lake is beautiful the rooms are very spacious. What we like the most is that you just drive up to the front door no stairs to climb and if you have a boat the slip is very nice and you can see your boat from your deck.

Great value

Loved the place for the price. It had a pretty strong cigarette smell upon entry, but it either aired out or I got used to it. Everything else was great.

Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay...had all of our needs met and then some. Roger was very good about returning my call and accommodating us... It had a beautiful view, and so relaxing..was very well stocked with everything you need. Hope to get it again for next year!

Family vacation

The condo was very nice for family with young children. Nice having screened in porch area. Also rooms were large and having 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Condo close to many of the things we did. If bringing more than one car having the covered parking was nice since parking is limited.

Family long weekend

We had a great time and the condo was large enough to accommodate the 7 of us. The outdoor space was huge and very nice! I was clean and well appointed. If I had any complaint, it would be about the lighting. There was only a lamp in each of the 3 bedrooms with no overhead light. There was an overhead fan in each bedroom but I would suggest adding a light kit to all 3. It would have helped tremendously.

Granny Ozark trip

Check in was a breeze. Unit was spacious. Had a tv out, no fault of the owners, providers problem. Could noy get it fixed, so one person had no tv in their room. Balcony was spacious and had a great view. Water in the master shower kept going cold during showers. Needs a good deep cleaning .

Exceeded Expectations

My family had a great time! The accommodations were better than I expected. Plenty of room for three adults and three kids. I expected hot water to be an issue with that many people. It was not at all! The view was incredible. And the patio being screened in was fantastic because there were no bugs. The only negative was the boat slip does not have a lift. But I tied up and had no issues at all. Overall an exceptional experience!

Great stay at the lake!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great space for our family with 3 children. The kids loved the pool and we liked being able to keep our boat at the dock.

We had a great time staying at The Falls. Location was great. The condo was amazing. Clean and spacious. We loved the evenings on the patio overlooking the lake. Roger was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Sisters get-away!

We were looking for a property without steps and a walk in shower for my sister with hip problems. This was perfect! The condo is spacious and well appointed. Beautiful screened porch for dining and watching the boats go by. Firework display on Saturday night was an an unplanned bonus! We'll be back!

Relaxing stay

Great communication with Roger, the owner. Very comfortable stay in this spacious condo. Loved lounging on the screened in porch and watching the action on the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to start your first voyage at LOTO

This was our first time to the Lake of the Ozarks (LOTO). This property is a great value and we would be happy to stay there again. It is located just a couple of miles upstream of the dam, so it’s not the most convenient place to explore the full lake from, but it’s easy to access from land and close to land based activities (shopping, grocery, restaurants and entertainment) near the dam. The property is older, and they are doing a lot of work there currently - replacing some elevators. So, it’s a little torn up, and the jack hammer was an unwelcome surprise, but in reality, who cares? We were there for the lake and did not spend a whole lot of time in the room. So, 4 out of 5 stars. Good, but not great. Price was right and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for sharing your place Roger!

Great condo, good location, amazing view!

Check in was super easy. We had parking right outside the condo on the ground floor! Great location to everything we wanted to do. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the large deck with the lake view!

Fabulous Vacay & Stay!!!

Loved the condo! Kids had a blast. We love LOTO & will definitely be back next year. Roger was fabulous to work with & very accommodating. Highly recommended! Lots of memories made on our weeks vacation!
