Lucky guests of La Maison des Patriotes, a charming heritage building built in 1814. La Maison des Patriotes, is centrally located and walking distance to all amenities and best attractions in Old Montreal. Seconds away from place Jacques-Cartier where all entertainment happens.

8 guests with possibility up to maximum 20 guests with extra fees. Starting from guest 9 up to 20, it will be 75$ per person per night.

We welcome you and your group to our home! Please always message us the final number of guests coming.If additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 75$ per person per night. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our home integrity.

Great Old Montreal Option for Large Groups

The host (Alaa) was incredibly responsive - providing detailed instructions for check-in/check-out, and proving incredibly accommodating to our group. Location is in the heart of Old Montreal and incredibly convenient for travel around to other areas - highly recommend!

Amazing spot!

We loved our stay here! Right in the thick of everything in Montreal. The location is amazing with shops, bars, restaurants, and breweries all right there and the water one block away. Ample towels and the big room upstairs was so spacious. great communication and was given great tips on where to go around the city. If we are back in Montreal with a big group, we will be staying here again!

Great Location!

This was a great place to stay with friends in old Montreal. The place was very clean and Alaa answered all my questions leading up to our stay. The location can't be beat and it is a great place to stay with a large group of family and/or friends.

Montréal Team Meeting

Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in Old Montreal. The check-in and checkout process was smooth. We had a group of 13 adults in our work group. We were able to old all-day meetings in the home’s common space during the day, and then set out to enjoy Old Montreal in the evening. Without sharing beds, we were able to accommodate all guests comfortably; however, 11 guests would have been the perfect number. Many guests said this “was our best group trip yet.”

Terrific location

This location was wonderful and it fit our family well. However, there are many stairs and it can be difficult for older people. There are only three toilets so more would be good for a large crowd.

Central Location

The location of this apartment cannot be beat if you are looking for all of what Old Port has to offer. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops steps away. Alaa was a great host and communication and check in were very easy.

Weekend stay

Stayed here for the weekend of the presidents cup golf event. We had 14 friends together and we all fit with room to spare. The location was perfect. Would stay here again!

Great Place in the Best Location

This house could not be in a better location to see Montreal. Alaa was attentive and made the process incredibly easy. I would recommend this property to anyone and will hopefully be back in the future!

Historic home in the best part of the old port

Stayed July 2024 with a large group of friends. Alaa’s place was perfect and he was a most gracious host. Would highly recommend. This location cannot be beat.

Amazing Experience

My group of 10 had an amazing stay. The house is centrally located and has everything we needed. The host was accommodating, and very nicely helped us out with bag storage before check-in and provided various recommendations. This place had plenty of rooms/beds, air conditioning, a huge dining room/living area, and was right in the heart of Old Montreal. I would highly recommend for those with larger groups.

Awesome place to explore from

The property was exactly as pictured and expected. It’s right in the middle of everything in Old Port so our group was able to do alot of things nearby, explore other parts of the city on foot or take an Uber for the longer excursions. The property owner was friendly and flexible, accommodating a couple special requests from our group. Minor Negatives: It is right in the middle of everything so the rooms facing the street will get some crowd noise early in the evening, especially Friday or Saturday. It’s also a historic building so some parts need to be handled with care or just not touched. Some bees/wasps invaded the common area through a window when we left some fruit out one day but we cleaned up and they moved on. Overall, everyone enjoyed the property and we’d definitely start again when we’re back in Montreal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with 12 friends at this wonderful property, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and effortless. Incredible space for large group in old port area of Montreal

This place is really perfect for a large group. It is right smack dab in the middle of the walking district in the old port area of Montreal. Tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, pastries, ice cream, bars, clubs, speakeasies etc. you name it and you are a couple blocks walk away. Alaa was very nice and showed us around and gave us some good restaurant tips. The place was spotless and well l equipped. You are in a busy area so there is a bit of noise from the street on weekend nights but none of us found it a problem at all. If you are looking for a really beautiful and nice place in the middle of a great area, this is the spot!

Location, location, location

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful VRBO property in Old Montreal, and it surpassed all our expectations. Firstly, the location was unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Old Montreal, the property provided unparalleled access to the city's most charming streets, bustling markets, and historical sites. Whether we wanted to dine out, explore the city's rich culture, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll along the cobbled streets, everything was just a stone's throw away. The real highlight, though, was the property's ability to comfortably accommodate our family of 16. Finding a place that can fit such a large group without feeling cramped is no small feat, and this property managed it with ease. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. The living spaces, including the kitchen and lounge areas, were spacious and well-equipped, fostering family togetherness. The property blended historical charm with modern amenities, striking the perfect balance for a family looking for a comfortable yet authentic Montreal experience.
