Superb and spacious 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of Parque Marbella, of the most popular buildings in the centre of Marbella, surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and just 2nd line to the Paseo Marítimo (maritime promenade). This well furnished and maintained holiday home has a southwest orientation, giving it direct views over the communal swimming pool.
This apartment has a large comfortable living/dining room with Wi-Fi and UK internet TV; doors to the furnished terrace with a large table and chairs; new fully-fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.; master bedroom with a large double bed, doors to the terrace, and en-suite bathroom; second bedroom with twin beds and a flat-screen TV; third bedroom also with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower.
Parque Marbella is only a 2-minute walk to the beach, in the heart of town.

🏊 Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children.
