Two beautifully appointed double bedrooms, one with a private en-suite, and a family bathroom complete this level. Use of the Kayaks is the sole responsibility of the guests, Coastaways-Beachside Holiday Rentals Ltd and the owner do not hold any responsibility for the use of the Kayaks. Basic life jackets are available.

There are external cameras facing both the front and back doors, these cameras are positioned on the garage facing towards the front door, in the central courtyard facing towards the main house front door and also on the rear of the property facing towards the back patio doors.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
