Experience luxury living in the heart of Andalusia at 'Casa VIVAndalusia' - a stunning holiday home located in a peaceful location near Vinuela and the coast. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Vinuela from one of several terraces, including a private rooftop terrace. Relax in style with your own private pool (720 x 420 x (110-180)) , complete with shower and barbecue, and stay connected with complimentary WIFI.
Located just 45 minutes from Malaga airport and 25 minutes from the beach, this villa offers the perfect combination of serene privacy and easy access to all the area has to offer. Enjoy all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, fireplace, and air conditioning. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Take in the beautiful views from the spacious terrace, complete with sun beds and a pool for soaking up the sun. Step out to enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many nearby restaurants or head to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. And when it's time to head back to the villa, you'll have the peace of mind that comes with staying in a gated property with plenty of parking.

The spacious living room has a large 5-person L sofa and a relax chair, a fireplace and air conditioning. The dining table is also in the living room. From the living room there is access to the veranda through large sliding glass doors.
From the semi-open kitchen there is a view to the living room through a semi-arch. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils and plenty of cupboard space.
Three bedrooms with double beds and ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and electric heating panels.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a beautiful view of the pool, mountains and the lake! And direct access to the veranda through the sliding door.
The required linen is present in each room (sheets, (beach) towels). A baby cot and a high chair can be placed on request.

The washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator are in a separate room.
