The Cipressini del Castellaccio are ancient stone houses, originally agricultural annexes to the main farmhouse dating back to the seventeenth century located in the heart of the Chianti Classico on the side of a slope with a breathtaking view of the Val d.Elsa. Luxuriously renovated and furnished, equipped with every comfort, they are located in such a way as to guarantee absolute privacy.
The space
I Cipressini del Castellaccio are in fact two independent units (4 pax in Cipressini 1 and 3 pax in Cipressini 2) with private access and equipped with completely independent services. The two houses, called Cipressini 1 and Cipressini 2, can be rented individually or in combination. In the case of the "combo" rental, starting from March 31st and until October 16th., the exclusive use of the swimming pool (14m X 8 m) is guaranteed.

The property extends over 4 hectares in which olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation alternate. Guests are given the opportunity to enjoy sunny or naturally shaded spaces by centuries-old oaks with a view of picturesque views, typical of the Chianti landscape. In the area surrounding the pool or in a more private area, relaxation islands furnished in full harmony with the surrounding nature. The proximity to the town of

Castellina in Chianti offers easy access to all kinds of services and a varied choice of food and wine experiences. The famous cities of art, Siena, 30 min. and Florence 40 min. by car, are the most visited destinations by our guests, but also the proximity to San Gimignano, the Val d'Orcia, Montalcino - just to mention the most famous locations - and the Maremma coast make unforgettable day trips possible.

The village of Castellina in Chianti is about 2 km far from the property, Siena about 20 km (about 25 minutes by car), Florence 36 km (about 35 minutes). Florence Santa Maria Novella station can be reached in about 45 min, Florence Peretola airport in about 45 min.

Coming from the north, the recommended exit from the Florence - Siena highway is San Donato in Poggio, coming from the south, the recommended exit is Badesse. From Milan the average travel time is about 3h30, from Rome it is about 2h30.
