Hosting three bedrooms, including a double, a twin and another twin (zip/link, can be super-king on request), along with a bathroom and a separate WC, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning effect stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a rear communal garden. Brokan is a welcoming base whilst you explore the countryside of Devon.

TV, DVD player, Wifi (intermittent due to rural location), pool table, football table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
