Beaucoup incroyable, pas d'escaliers vers l'eau, qualité facile.

Cette maison nouvellement construite construite en 2017 à East Norris Point avec 6 chambres et 5 salles de bain complètes est parfaite pour les grands groupes et les enfants avec une pente douce et roulante vers l'eau. La marche vers le lac est incomparable, sans marches à l'eau après avoir quitté les escaliers du pont! La cour comprend une table de pique-nique et une salle pour installer votre trou de maïs et vos chaises de camping dans l'herbe ou près du foyer. Le quai de 2 étages comprend une glissière et une glissière couverte pour votre bateau. Vous pouvez nager juste à côté du quai et faire du kayak dans une belle crique calme. Belle vue sur le lac depuis les ponts couverts supérieurs et inférieurs avec des meubles et des tables et des chaises pour un espace de repas supplémentaire avec un gril à gaz sur le pont supérieur.
Télévision par câble et Internet gratuit. Il y a une télévision dans le salon à l'étage et la salle familiale au sous-sol ainsi que 2 chambres.

Great spot for a long weekend getaway with family and friends

The property is great and is as advertised. Good space for multiple families and friends. The dock is a huge hit with the kids. The access and sidewalk to the lake is great. Would love to return

Love this place

Third year here. Just love this place. The location is great and the house is just the right size for all of us (17 in total). The kids loved jumping off the top floor of the dock. Looking forward to spending more time here in the future.

So Relaxing

We have been staying on Norris lake for over a decade. With more wakeboards on the lake, this location is highly desirable. The water is generally calm, the views beautiful and the owners easy to work with. Hopefully coming back in 2025!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at May's Harbour! The house was great. The boat dock was wonderful and the spot on the lake was perfect for floating and relaxing in the water without much boat traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We love this house!

We've come to Norris and stayed at various properties for 10 years. This is the first time that we've stayed at a property two years in a row...and just booked it again for 2021/year 3. It meets all of our needs: covered dock, comfortable home, large kitchen and an easy walk to the dock/lake. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We recommend this property highly!

May's Harbor July 2020

We loved our lake vacation at May's Harbor in July, 2020. Everything about the property and communication with the owner was excellent. We really liked the open spaces -- the kitchen, dining room seating, family areas, and the decks. All was very spacious. We have already reserved for 2021.

Great clean getaway

We loved our stay. Very clean. So many bedrooms with multiple beds, and so many bathrooms to accommodate 12 adults. The hot water was never an issue with showers. Beautiful dock and for Norris one of the easier stairs/ramp for access that I have stayed out. 2 refrigerators was huge.

Beautiful lake house!

Excellent lake house for family get together. Amazing views on quiet cove. House had everything we needed and space for kids and grandkids to enjoy. Small problem with septic system and when owner was notified he had plumber there and things were fixed quickly. Everyone already talking about renting again for next get together

We'll be back!

We've spent many summers boating on Norris Lake with our extended family and we have finally found the house that fits all of our needs. Ample space for our growing families,, easy access to the covered dock, a clean house with all of the amenities...and there's even a nice neighborhood ramp to launch the boat. We had a great time and will be choosing the May house for next years' vacation!

Second year!

We really like coming here. The house is roomy for our 4 families. Kids could watch tv in the evenings while the adults spent time on the upper dock. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. The two refrigerators are a definite plus. The added sidewalk down to the dock is much nicer than the path last year. Not to mention there are not too many steps down to the dock.

Great get a way!

We really enjoyed the floating dock and slide! The view of the lake is beautiful from all the decks on the house! We rented a boat at Flat Hollow so did lots to tubing and going by boat to other marinas and restaurants was a lot faster than driving. I would have preferred to have the beds made and toilet paper and paper towel upon arrival and towels would have been great as well! Just a few upgrades to what is provided in the house would have made it perfect!

Great home for family and friends

This is our third year renting this home. It is very clean and up to date. We enjoy the double decker dock and kayaks along with being able to come inside and be comfortable with plenty of room for our whole family. The kitchen has an open feel with enough room to cook and still be able to talk with family and friends. It also has two refrigerators! The en-suite bathrooms are also a bonus. The owner is helpful with questions if anything shall arise. It is always a highlight of the summer and we cannot wait to return next year!

Spacious, comfortable, & clean!

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday at this property. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room areas. Large dining room tables with seating for everyone to eat together; not many properties have large tables! Kitchen had all the utensils, cooking supplies, etc. that we needed. The house is very clean! The yard has a nice area down by the dock with a picnic table where we enjoyed playing corn hole (provided by the owner along with many other games and toys) and roasting marshmallows in the firepit. Owner was very responsive to all my questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend this property!

Schools out for summer

The house is better in person than the photos. Responsive host. The roads to get to the cabin were stressful but we were able to tow a 22ft boat up. The ramp is super close and easy to put in. Powell marina is close by for fuel and ice-cream. We only caught bluegills off the dock. Really thought I was gonna catch a poop ride winning bass. Two refrigerators were wonderful. The kids were exhausted every night.

4.4 out 5, however I would return!

5.0 is reserved for the best of the best, however this house is a good rent for a large group. Nice location on Norris Lake (Davis Creek-Powell River. The Good! 6 bedrooms + couches 5 toilets/showers 2 breakfast/dinner tables and a counter table 2 refrigerators 2 covered porches 2 living rooms 1 double decker dock Lots of chairs on decks and dock Multiple marinas within twenty minutes drive to rent a boat. The Bad (Minor). Internet connection is not good, if you need service for work/school. Fire Pit has a couple stationary benches and picnic table, but not a good area for camping chairs.

Love this place!

What a wonderful vacation! The house is really awesome! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 9 kids ranging from 14 to 20 months. The littles liked jogging around the kitchen island 😊. Two refrigerators is definitely a plus. No tripping over multiple coolers. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to maybe put non-slip things on the couch legs. It’s a sectional and we didn’t find any way to hook them together so they did a fair amount of sliding. Not a big deal, tho. We found Karen Stone, a local photographer to come and take family pictures outside with the lake in the background. There is a fire pit with 2 benches and a picnic table near. You might want to bring chairs if there are more people to sit around the fire. It’s just a short walk down to the dock (which is newer) than the one in the pictures). The cove is quiet with not a ton of boat traffic. It’s really a great place for a large group.

Best dock!

My family loved staying here. The kitchen, dining area and bedrooms where a good size for our family. We had our adult kids and their kids a total of 12 adults and 5 kids. The walk to the dock was as described and we loved the dock. We played all day jumping, diving and sliding.

Our primary residence is in Okeana, OH but we love to visit Norris Lake with our 5 children, friends and family every chance we get.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always wanted to own a lake property and after visiting many lakes, we knew Norris Lake was the one for us. The location and light grade of our property was the perfect place to build our lake home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property has a light grade down to the water, with no steps after leaving the deck and no cliff to worry about. This allows for a grassy area for corn hole, seating near the water watching kids play or watching boats go by. There are trees for shade or even a hammock. And then at night you can sit by a camp fire and roast marshmallows or recap the day.
