Apartment Sandro est un appartement moderne situé au dernier étage de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bains et situé dans un endroit superbe à seulement 300 mètres des plages principales de Cavtat (sachez que la pente est raide) et offre une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cavtat.
Pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, ce bel appartement spacieux se compose de:

Lovely holiday

We felt well looked after and comfortable in the lovely apartment, with lots of room. It had beautiful views and a warm pool with plenty of sunbeds. Cavtat itself is a great place to stay, with lovely beaches and restaurants.

Wonderful Cavtat apartment

We have just got back from a brilliant 10 day stay in Cavtat. As a family of 5 with teenagers the apartment was superb, modern spacious, clean and very well equipped for large parties. Nice pool with some Sun loungers which is very handy if you don’t fancy walking to the beach (the walk back up the hill is very steep)

We had a lovely family holiday at Venko’s apartment. We were late arriving but Venko was there to meet us. The apartment was as described and the location suited us although the hill after fabulous food in town was sometimes a challenge! If we returned to Cavtat we would stay here again it was good value

Superb modern apartment

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment which exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen, bathrooms, wifi and airconditioning were state of the art. Rooms were well laid out so the ten of us never felt cramped. The accommodation was set on a hillside with beautiful views including stunning sunsets over the bay to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The pool and sunbathing area were perfect for our family group including teenagers. The whole booking process ran smoothly and we were met on arrival by the helpful owner Vinko who even helped us do our first food and drink shop at a nearby supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend or book Sandro again, it was great value for money.

We had a really pleasant stay and Vinko was a friendly and helpful host. 2 families stayed in this clean spacious modern apartment for 9 nights. 4 bedrooms- 1Master en suite. 1 Double en suite “family” as it adjoins a smaller twin room. a final double bedroom. And a separate toilet/ shower in the hallway. One of the 2 lounge areas could be a further sleeping area. Easy access from Route 8 and near a nice local Cafe Bar Jure, the apartment is convenient for Airport (15 min drive/ taxi) Dubrovnik (30 min drive 350 Kr taxi). Cavtat beach front (Epidaurum) is a short walk down a sometimes steep but paved path. Lots of beach activities right there and beach bars and restaurants close by and ferry to Dubrovnik. Cavtat old town prob 20 mins walk from beach. We hired a car as planned a few countryside trips but the norm is to walk. Parking in Cavtat town is pricey so walk or taxi! The pool was awesome. Cleaned regularly and external shower and sun beds. Recommend taking beach towels as pool towels not provided. Vinko works as a masseuse and is very good (wife’s assessment) so can sort a booking. Great for families if you don’t mind a walk to the beach/ old town (but you will do that from most apartments in Croatia!)

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Lage, freundliche Kommunikation regelmäßiger Handtuchservice, großzügige Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit dem Objekt sehr zufrieden. Man kann gut in die Altstadt spazieren und ist auch in 10 Autominuten in Dubrovnik. An dem nahegelegenen Hafen hat man einige Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Der Zugang zum Haus ist ziemlich steil und beinhaltet auf den meisten Wegen einige Treppen, ein Ausflug zum Strand zu Fuß war immer etwas anstrengend, vor allem mit 2 Kinderwagen Buggies. Wir empfehlen das Haus dennoch gerne weiter. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Plenty big enough for 7 adults and a baby. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of sun beds but pool is very cold. Steep hill down to the front but you can get a bus or taxi back from Cavtat

Beautiful modern apartment with stunning sea views

This apartment was perfect for our part of 4 adults and 3 children. It is beautifully presented and very clean. The owner, Vinko was there to meet us and was very helpful and informative. He managed to secure us a special 40th birthday meal at the last minute for a beautiful restaurant by the river. This was a 15 minute taxi ride away but well worth a visit to sample local Croatian cuisine at its best. The apartment itself is situated on the hillside and there is a lovely welcoming local bar and shop a few minutes walk away. The pool is shared with other apartments in the block and we would have struggled at times for all 7 of us to secure a sun-bed but luckily this wasn't an issue for us. The walk to the beach is 15 minutes via a steep hill and steps. This is quite challenging on the return journey, especially in the heat of the day but it didn't prevent us from doing the walk twice a day. The local beach has lots of bars serving snacks and light meals and there are plenty of water sports available. Sun-loungers are available to hire for between 30-40 Kuna per day.The small ferry to Dubrovnik departs from here and takes about 45 minutes. If you are planning a trip to Dubrovnik, check the cruise timetable beforehand as it will be less crowded. Cavtat town is a further 15 minute walk around the bay, which is a pleasant walk with bars and restaurants along the way. Cavtat has lots of beautiful restaurants and has a lovely atmosphere both during the day and at night.

Apartment Sandro in Obod

Very clean, neat and tidy property. Situated in the village of Obod just outside Cavtat. Up on the hillside so many concrete steps down to the beach esplanade and a bit of a climb back! Fully air conditioned and with modern amenities easy to live in self catering. No big restaurants close by but a lovely wee tapas bar at the top of the road.

Dreamholiday in Cavtat

Very clean, new and fresh, spacy apartment, with comfortable beds. Great standard in kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the balkony. Clean pool with sunbeds for everyone. Close to the busstation and a small shop and café. Nearby is Cavtat center, a small village with good restaurangs. Very welcoming and friendly hoast. Thank you Vinko for your kindness! Great holiday

netter Gastgeber, moderne und schöne Wohnung!

von der Wohnung bis zum Kern Cavtat muss man gut zu fuß sein. Taxi zum Festpreis (70 Kuna) steht für den Heimweg zur Verfügung. cavtat selbst prima. Dubrovnik meist stark besucht und etwas teurer. über alles gesehen ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Great apartment

The apartment is fresh, modern and spasious enough for two families. The view from the balcony is stunning. The beach is excellent, with crystallclare water and a very good offer of activities. The walk to Cavtat is very nice, and the walk back gives a litle exercise. The market Lina is a one minute walk from the flat, and offer fresh bread and other basis grosery. WOW - Fabulous apartment with stunning views

This wonderful apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped with views to die for. The air conditioning was a must as the weather during our stay was glorious. The evening sunsets seen from our balcony were just stunning. The apartment was in a quiet location and the pool was a very welcome treat after the walk up the hill from town. We sampled several of the local Cavtat restaurants and enjoyed superb meals in all. The walk in and out of Cavtat was a treat, with gorgeous views around every corner. The local buses were easy and reliable and you can easily get to Dubrovnik by boat or bus. The owner Vinko was very accommodating with our odd arrival/departure times and organised transfers from and to the airport. He had even done some essential food shopping for us which was a welcome surprise - thank you Vinko! We would definitely recommend this apartment; it was a real home from home.

Excellent high standard apartment

This is my 4th travel to- and stay in Cavtat, We´ve tried several apartments and hotels. This is the one I would recommend. It is a great apartment and has everything you need for a great family or large group holiday. The owner Vinko is very helpful. We were picked up at the airport and he had made the most needed shopping for us in advance since we arrived late in the evening. He also drove us to supermarket the next day. The apartment is very modern and well eqipped. It is situated a 15 - 20 minutes walk from Cavtat centre, but it´s a very nice walk thanks to the beautiful views. It´s only 5 minutes to the nearest beach and even closer to some of the "local peoples" beaches. The city is so quit and nice even in the most busy season. I would higly recommend both Cavtat as a city and Apartment Sandro as the place to stay when being there. We will be back!!!

A lovely flat in the most wonderful city

The most wonderful apartment, with a fabulous view. Short way to the hotel-beaches, but also to quiet small places where you can be all alone. A lot of nice paths for walking/hiking. The neighborhood is nice with a local taverna and a small shop one minute walk away. Also short to either bus or boat. It´s a beautiful walk into the center of the city, where you can find several restaurants with very good food. The owner of the apartment is very nice and helpful. We were there with grownup sons and their girlfriends. The apartment is very suitable for 8 people. It has both washingmachine and everything you need in a kitchen. Three bathrooms is very nice when you are some people. The swimmingpool is nice and the apartment has it own sunbeds. If you need to hire a scooter, you can do it in the hotel just three minutes downhill. I would highly recommend this apartment and this place. We will be back for sure! We have tried different places in Cavtat, both hotel and different apartments, and this was absolutely the best!!! Good luck and have a nice holiday!

Relaxing stay in fabulous apartment

My family and I stayed in this fab apartment for a week in August. The pool is ideal for a relaxing day away from the beach and the beach is a short, albeit steep, 10 minute walk away. We had a one year old with us as well as my parents and the house was more than spacious enough for us all. Vinko gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and if we needed anything we knew he would look after us. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place outside of Dubrovnik.

Great stay in Cavtat

This apartment was ideal for us as a group of 8 adults. It was new, modern and clean. Great beds and very convenient with three bathrooms. Air condition worked well in every room. The building had a nice pool and there were sun chairs that belonged to the apartment. Two balconies with a fantastic view of the beach and the sunset. The building is located in a quiet area on the top of a hill. There was a little grocery store right around the corner. To get to the beach you have to walk about 200m down a pretty steep hill. Cavtat was 1,7km away, but there are a lot of restaurants along the way. The bus stop to Dubrovnik and Cavtat was very close. All in all, a great place to vacation!
