Discover our 5 bedrooms Villa with 2 large living rooms, with Ghanaian inspired decor, modern amenities and comfort. This place is ideal for families and large groups.
It is nestled against the hilltop of Tantra Hills, it is uniquely designed to take in the most spectacular views; this ‘home away from home’ offers the best of our rich diversity in our Ghanaian culture while combining access to a wide range of local amenities at your doorstep. We are located just seconds from the main Nsawam road leading to Achimota Mall, with St John Hospital around the corner and close to ATM's and Forex.
It’s also a perfect place for you to host photo-shoots, business meetings and getaways. Special rates and security deposit are required for such booking, kindly let us know during your booking. No parties/gatherings are allowed.
We would love to make your stay as memorable as possible, please note that the listing price is for the first two guests, charges for remaining guests totalling 12 guests are $15 per night for each guest after your first 2 guests.
Children under 12 years stay for free.
Please ensure that you select the correct number of guests during your reservation to avoid confusion, reservations with incorrect guest count may be declined or cancelled. Any additional guest(s) after check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night. Maximum guest count 10-12 guests. For booking above 5 guests, please note that the double rooms will be shared by two guests and our two master bedroom by 3 guests each.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
It's unique, spacious and great for families or large groups. We have an outdoor dining area with a bar and swimming pool. It's minutes away from Achimota shopping mall and close to local restaurants and amenities.
Security
There are security cameras outside, these are located at the entrance, bar and pool areas. Two are situated at the back of the house. Kitchen, living areas and staircase also have cameras fitted. There are no cameras in any of the rooms. We have an electric security fence. These cameras are there to protect our guests and damages.
Water
All our water is derived and filtered from a borehole on the property with unlimited access to all guests. The use of water-heaters are available in our kingsize rooms, double rooms will be on request. Water cannot be consumed and guests are required to buy their own drinking water, first bottle is free.
Security
