The check in was a disaster. They gave me a name and phone number to check in. I did so early on that day and before noon the person said “I don’t have a check in today” implying they worked for the company. They never responded again. Hours went by with me hoping they’d respond. The main contact from Expedia finally did after I was on the phone with customer service for almost an hour a minutes before 4pm. Almost 6 hours of trying to get a person to te me how to check in
Then three people were given as contacts and a fourth person actually finally called since none of the first four replied appropriately.
Then the agent acted like I was in the wrong.
They only have one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels
The shower was plugged but they sent someone right away as we were getting to the restaurant.
The place was nice but sparse. Loved the terrace. Things were put away weird so difficult to find like the iron bc living out of a suitcase requires some ironing. It was on a bottom shelf in the living room in a cabinet not in the closet by the ironing board. This happens when a company owns and cares for a place. The cleaners are good but they don’t care about how people will use the items left for the guests to use. Like where to easily find them.
The four false contacts and the initial one not helping was the biggest headache and why I write. The greeter should have apologized for the company but didn’t care
