Your family haven! In a quiet & safe area, Punta Grossa. JUST 5 mins (450m) stroll away from the picturesque beach, Arenal d'en Castell (despite the incorrect information listed by VRBO above).
Our ground floor apartment will be your home away from home. You'll have a large enclosed garden (430M²!) & veranda with fantastic outdoor dining space! large (11 metre!) community swimming pool + private access via our garden path. Lots of family games & toys (inc. Giant garden Jenga, Mikado & Badminton set for 4! WiFi & smart TV (including: Netflix, Amazon, HBOMax & Disney+ Kids!)
Ground floor with a large PRIVATE garden. 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds, sleeping 4. 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with dining area.
Community swimming pool is only shared with the 8 apartments (6 privately owned & 2 tourist rentals) on this small peaceful complex.
The pool is larger than most surrounding properties (measuring 11 metres in length), including villas with private pools!
Our pool is long enough for some good laps and stays quiet most of the time. It includes an outdoor shower to wash off if you've just come from the beach.
Lots of games and toys for the kids! Keep them entertained all day.
Tired? Spend some time in comfort & stay in.
Watch our Smart TV, it includes Netflix, Amazon, HBOMax & Disney+!
The beach front is just around the corner (450m), with the access from the board walk that spans most of the length of the beach.
In season sun loungers and shade are available to rent. There is also a wash station at the base of the stairs to wash sand off feet etc.
You will have beach towels, bamboo mats, and a parasol at your disposal. And for your convenience, we also have a cool-box with artificial ice to keep your refreshments cool.
Coming for a winter stay (out of season)? Fantastic, to keep you warm we have a pellet burner, small radiator, bathroom inferred heaters, and 3 heating air conditioners.
This Villa is a great base for exploring the island in the off season, apartment prices for villa accommodation! Close to the beach, the airport, Mahon, and some of the walking trails (Camí de Cavalls).
We welcome out of season travellers as well!
Car hire is highly recommended for out of season visits.
On arrival give yourself some time before rushing off!
We supply some essentials like a bottle of water, a carton of milk and some fruit. Take a minute and relax, charge your devices and enjoy a coffee and some of my homemade biscuits (freshly baked just for your visit!).
To get an accurate location, please do an online search for "La Buganvilla de Menorca" and the beach entrance and boardwalk is beside the restaurant "Viva la Pepa".

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Such a great location, walking distance to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and bars! Quiet & very safe small community complex with just 4 buildings (7 neighbours) and a very clean and well-maintained pool all year round!
So much outdoor space to enjoy meals and for the kids to play.
Allocated free parking space if you have rented a car to explore the island (recommended!)
There is a golf course at Son Parc only 10-15 minutes drive away if you want to take a swing on the green.
There is also a supermarket within walking distance (Feb-Nov) with all necessary essentials.

Even though crime is not a problem on the island we have supplied a room safe to put your mind at ease and secure your small valuables.
Indoor convenience, the smart TV has Netflix & Disney+. The living room has a wireless charger for smartphones & an additional USB hub to charge additional devices. The bedrooms also have USB adapter plugs should you wish to have devices with you before you sleep.
