Every element of this property defines luxury with exquisite attention to detail showcased throughout.
Out and About.....
Woolacombe beach is a short stroll from the property so you can get in your wetsuit, grab your board and head straight for the beach. Woolacombe's shops, bars & restaurants are also a short walk from the property so you can easily park up at Coast View and enjoy the surrounding areas without the need of a car.

Upon arriving at Coast View you will instantly feel a sense of luxury & relaxation due to the setting at the attention to detail the owners have put into the renovation.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom - King size bed & twin aspect sea views, located on the first floor
Second bedroom - king size bed with small side balcony overlooking the sea, located on the first floor.
Third bedroom - bunk beds with garden & national trust land views, located on the first floor
Forth bedroom - double bed with en-suite toilet & sea views, located on second floor
Fifth bedroom (adjoining bedroom 4) with twin beds with garden & national trust land views, located on second floor
Bathrooms
Contemporary family bathroom (on first floor) with bath, W/C, basin and towel rail. Ground floor large shower room with W/C, basin & towel rail. Second shower room on the ground floor with W/C, basin & towel rail, this shower room also has access from outside so you can jump straight in the shower after going for a surf. There is an additional W/C in the double bedroom on the second floor & off of the kitchen.
Kitchen & Dining
Spacious open plan kitchen & dining area with L shape kitchen & large bespoke dining table. To the rear of the kitchen there is a snug area & the rear door to access the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, gas hob & double oven. Off of the kitchen you will also find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & hanging space for wetsuits.
Lounge
Bright & welcoming lounge area with plenty of seating and views across Woolacombe Bay with Woodburner, TV, DVD player & Bluetooth speakers.
Garden Room:
Separate garden/games room where you will find games, toys, books with comfy sofa and large bean bags. From the garden room you can access the terrace with hot tub from the double patio doors.
Outside/Garden:
Private rear garden which backs onto fields so very peaceful & private. Large patio area to the front of the property where you will also find the hot tub with picturesque sea views. Outside seating area with table & chairs as well as loungers.
Parking:
Allocated parking for two cars.
Additional Info:
A refundable damage deposit of £500 will need to be paid with the final balance of the holiday.
Pets are welcome at this property but please note there is a £50 fee per pet charge. A maximum of 2 dogs will be allowed in this property per booking.

Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, approx. 4 to 5 miles after Braunton you come to Mullacott Cross Roundabout - turn left to Woolacombe. Follow the road to Woolacombe - as you get into Woolacombe you pass the Narracott Apartments on your right, take the next turning on the right, Sandy Lane, a few yards up this road there is a minor cross roads, turn left here onto Sunnyside Road. Coast View is half way down the road on the right hand side, please park in front of the garages.
Please take the steps up to the patrio area then up to the front door.
Please note linen towels are inlcuded with this booking.
