Séjour parfait. L emplacement de l appartement, les équipements, les services et visites proches sont très appréciables. Une bouche de metro a 200 metres. La fontaine de Trevi non loin.... bref merci de nous faire partager cet appartement !

Bel appartement, bien situé et bien équipé

Un séjour agréable dans un appartement spacieux, bien aménagé et bien situé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. Les deux salles de bains sont pratiques et la literie est de bonne qualité. Il y a un petit ascenseur qui dessert le 3e étage.

Great location, great apartment

Well appointed comfortable and spacious apartment for our family of 4. Beds are so comfortable and there is a supermarket down the street for everything we needed. Even though we were close to many sites it is far enough from major roads to be quiet at night. We would love to stay here again

Perfect location

Perfect location. Loved the beds. The windows and updating are beautiful. The shower door needs new seals to keep water from spilling out onto the floor, but that is minor to everything this apartment has to offer. Thanks for the wonderful help of Maria.

Fantastic location, nice unit, terrible visible mold in bathroom. It stunk of heavy mold in the bathroom. We had to close the bathroom door not to smell it in the unit.

We stayed in three different VRBO houses, one in each city we visited, and this was surely the best! Great location, beautiful condo, and the big bonus is the extra 1/2 bath!!

We had an amazing time in this spacious apartment which was centrally located. Host greeted us in person. It was conveniently located to many attractions, close to Barberini metro, taxi stand, grocery shops, many restaurants and shops. Only few improvements and comments, we have is there is this smell in the apartment which we got used to it after staying there for 3 days. Could have been from the AC vent. Beds were comfortable but pillow needs to be replaced. Cleaning could have been improved as there was urine smell in one of the bathroom. Few additions of condiments like salt and pepper would have been nice. Toilet paper super thin and it ran out on the second day. Host was responsive, and very considerate. Highly recommend this place.

5 adults. Very good access to buses/transport. Quiet, secure, modern apartment, in a side street in a vibrant part of Rome. Air con was very effective when 35 degree heat outside

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Just a short distance from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Also block from Metro station. Would stay there against n without hesitation.

Cleanliness was a concern

The location is great, appartment was equipped with everything. Communication with host was fine. Our check-in was delayed due to installing brand new 3 ACs (they worked perfectly) The reason for my 3 stars is the cleanliness. The shower is smelly and its walls are full of mould. The toilets are REALLY SUPER dirty, we showed Maria and the cleaning lady the toilet bowls but they didn’t care!…I wish if the host do something about that to make guests experience more enjoyable. Also, the sinks in the bathroom and powder room have very weak water pressure but according to the host this is normal!

Very nice place

The place is very nice. The unfortunate thing is the ACs did not work in a very hot weather and the owner could not fix when we were there. I still gave it 5 stars cause the owner did the right thing and refunded 1 night. Things do happen, can’t take it against the owner.

Great location, not the best accommodations

This apartment is very conveniently located. It is walking distance to many of the most popular areas. We had issues initially with the circuit breaker that gets tripped if you have too many appliances operating at the same time. Although there was a sign on the door, we should have been made aware verbally and were not. Over the course of 4 days, the air conditioning worked less and less. By the time we left, the temperature in the apartment was nearly 27 degrees C. In addition, there was very little toilet paper, no paper towel, and very few towels. I’ve stayed in many places, and I’ve never had so little of any of the essentials.

Great location

The location of this apartment is near-perfect. Easy access to most areas you want to see in Rome. Good AC, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Communication with the host was good. His on-ground check-in helper was lackluster and uninformed to the point that she farmed out our check-in to another “colleague.” Once we were inside it was all good. The apartment is modern and comfortable. The listing is accurate. The bathroom could do with some bleach literally floor to ceiling to kill some minor mold, but I overall we were happy to stay. The AC works very well and we were relieved of that after steaming and sweating overnight in other locations. I do recommend this apartment overall!

Close to everything

Very clean apartment that is close to metro and bus lines. Pierpaolo was quick to respond to our questions and was extremely accommodating. We loved being able to walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Vatican, etc…

Absolutely great stay, quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to most sites

The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need to make your stay comfortable. It was a plus having a washing machine. The air conditioners worked great. It was a nice quiet location within walking distance to anything you might want to visit in Rome.

Wold stay again

Good location, close to train and many attractions. No Air Conditioning available until after June 1, although on floor 3 still very noisy late into the night with all the foot and auto traffic below while windows open due to no A/C. Overall, enjoyable
