Un condo confortable au deuxième étage face à l'océan est juste ce que l'âme a besoin pour trouver la paix. La brise de l'océan et les sons des vagues détendent l'esprit. Confort et oeil pour le détail de chaque besoin se trouve ici. Situé sur Coast Blvd, vous pouvez accéder à tout ce que La Jolla a à offrir à pied. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains plus une grande salle avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon avec foyer au gaz. Des lits confortables, des draps et une cuisine entièrement équipée offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade à la mer.
Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain est prêt pour votre aventure. Un lit king et un lit queen ainsi qu'un futon peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Nouveaux appareils. Great Condo Great Lovation

Great condo with 100% view of ocean and cove. Located in the center of the Village and easy access to all the Village has to offer. Communications were manager were great.

THE APARTMENT IS GREAT

THE APARTMENT WAS ACCORDING TO OUR EXPECTATIONS. IT IS VERY WELL LOCATED, VERY COMFORTABLE AND IN GOOD CONDITIONS. WE ONLY SUGGEST THAT THEY CHECK THE LIGHTS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN, AS THE DIMMERS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY

rundown property, owner unresponsive

This property has a great location, but unfortunately the apartment was a great disappointment. 1. When we arrived the front door to the apartment building could not be locked. About three weeks later a repair person came. He advised us that the whole locking mechanism needed to be replaced, but the head of the Homeowner's Association (who happened to be the owner of our unit) would only approve a fix which he did not think would work. A week later, late at night, we were locked out of the apartment building with no way of getting in. It took 40 minutes for one of the management team to get there. 2. When we arrived there was a window that could not be opened, a clogged sink in the master bath, a toilet that needed repair and a light switch that had a post-it on it saying it did not work. 3. Shortly after our arrival we noticed that a lot of our food was frozen in the refrigerator. Although it was determined that the refrigerator needed to be replaced, the owner sent 3 other people over a period of ten days to try and fix it. We had to put up with the situation for the rest of our stay as the Coronavirus made visitors to the apartment unwise. 4. The drain in the kitchen sink was exceedingly slow and finally became completely blocked up. The owner sent over a repair man who fixed it, but it became blocked up again. The repair man said that we were putting too much in the garbage disposal which was completely untrue. It was obvious to me the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. 5. the couch had numerous hard lumps in it which made it very uncomfortable to sit on. 6. the rest of the furniture was adequate, but showed a lot of wear. Because of the deficiencies the property manager said that we could expect a partial refund when we left. This did not happen so I called the property manager and asked her about the refund. She said she was "negotiating" with the owner for me. When I did not hear from her in a few days, I called her again and she said the owner was not going to give us the money. All of the above deficiencies were known to the manager and the owner, but they were unwilling to put the money in to fix the place. This property could be a gem, but as we were advised by the property manager, the owner was not willing to put any money into the apartment. A shame.

The location is superb and convenient. I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the waves and people watching in Scripps Park. There's a small desk where I set up my office for the month of May. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is functionally obsolete --access to pots & pans & overall organization could be improved; but it is minimually useable for two people. Little counter space to work. It was great to walk our puppy to the park across the street and walk to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The location is terrific.

The View and Location Can't Be Beat!

We think La Jolla Cove is one of the most beautiful places on the planet and you literally have a ringside seat in this apartment. The view to the ocean across the little park is constantly changing and always amazing, and sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves is the world's best medicine. La Jolla village is just a couple of blocks away and has lots of restaurants, a big supermarket, a great little bookstore, a very plush cinema, and even a really good concert hall. The park is crowded on weekends, so the reserved parking spot was very welcome, but at night the street is completely quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach stay near all the action

Our family stayed here for 5 nights in June. We had a great stay. The condo was well stocked and roomy for 4 people. We loved being near shops and resteraunts and took beach walks daily. We saw the sun for only 2 hours in 5 days, but it did not ruin our time. Kids had fun tidepooling. Condo has beach chairs and boogie boards. I recommend bringing beach toys and snorkel gear and staying in the late summer and fall when June gloom goes away. I would totally stay here again. We had a blast!

Our family of three found the location to be outstanding-across the street the street from Scripps Park and with views of the coast walk. The place has comfortable bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is well equipped and convenient. Much nicer than many of the hotels and more of a value.

This condo is in the perfect location for walking to the village and along the shore. Very clean and comfortable, and the view from the front windows was amazing. How lovely to fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves, just what we were looking for. The dedicated parking spot was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay, great location

The best thing about this property is the location, right on the cove and across the street from a beautiful park. Furnishings are a bit older, but still comfortable. No air conditioning, which wasn't a big deal in June, but could be a problem in July or August. Appliances look brand new, but very limited selection of pots/pans if you are planning to cook. Overall, great location and great value for the price. I would definitely stay again.

my daughter and i were here for 5 nights and had a great stay. the pictures online do not lie, and represent accurately the grand views. the unit itself is well laid out and comfortable. the few cosmetic blemishes were of no consequence to us at all. la jolla is a beautiful and walkable village, with some great restaurants and shops, all close to the unit. the parking spot is key, as it is a really busy, touristy neighborhood. my daughter ran every morning and reports it to be a safe (save for a few sketchy weirdos) and pretty place to run on the ocean. easy 20 minute drive to downtown.

Perfect Condo with Amazing Ocean View

Truly an awesome location; directly across from the park and the ocean. Great sunset views. Easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. The two bedroom/two bath condo was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this La Jolla Cove condo.

Cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped

We had a great time staying here. It's a fairly small place, but it has everything we needed. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all kinds of pots, pans, and utensils, and there is both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee pot. The unit has low beach chairs that you can take across the street to the beach, and there are lots of beach towels and some boogie boards. The views are spectacular, and there are lots and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
