Summerfold is a detached bungalow that has undergone complete refurbishment and offers spacious accommodation with new furnishings and a modern minimalist theme throughout. Benefiting also from an enclosed raised courtyard style garden with plenty of seating to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this quiet location on the outskirts of Warkworth.
With country walks right from your doorstep, or just a short drive to the iconic Northumberland Heritage Coastline with miles of the finest stretches of golden sand and historic castles dotted along the route.
ACCOMMODATION (Over one level - Ground Floor)
Lounge with ample seating, Smart TV, electric fire and French doors out to the front of the property.
Kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Dining table and chairs, access to rear garden.
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Family shower room with shower cubicle, WC, bidet, basin and heated towel rail.

Town: Lying in the loop of the River Coquet on the Heritage Coast, Warkworth is a picturesque village, dominated by the dramatic ruins of its 12th century castle. The history of the village and the castle are intertwined with the Percy Family who took over the castle in 1332. The Percys’ other home is nearby Alnwick Castle, most recently associated with Harry Potter as the film location of Hogwarts School. The main street is lined with Georgian and early Victorian houses and there is an exceptional range of galleries, antiques shops, a village shop/Post Office, pubs, restaurants and gift shops to suit all tastes. Warkworth has its own stretch of sandy beach and a 9 hole pay and play golf course. Also within easy touring distance are Hadrian’s Wall, Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, the Farne Islands, several wonderful beaches and Alnwick Garden with its remarkable water cascade and Tree House Restaurant.
