3 Chambres / 2. 5 Bains: 3 Reines, 1 Ensemble de Couchages, 1 Canapé-lit. 4 TV avec câble étendu (grand écran plat en LR), lecteur de CD / DVD avec système de son home cinéma qui comprend I-Pod dock en LR, DVD / VCR combiné dans la chambre. Accès Internet et coin salon au dernier étage. Cuisine bien équipée avec grand comptoir ouvert avec tabourets de bar. La salle à manger a une grande table à six chaises. Le salon ouvert a beaucoup de places assises avec un canapé plein et trois singles. Le chêne naturel a sombré la chambre de la Caroline sur le devant de la maison avec une table et des chaises supplémentaires. Le bain principal a un jacuzzi et les deux niveaux ont un decking pour profiter de l'extérieur. Garage pour véhicule unique, table de ping-pong et W / D situé au rez-de-chaussée. Douche extérieure avec barbecue chaud et froid, au charbon / gaz. Home se trouve à moins d'un pâté de maisons de l'océan avec accès direct à la plage depuis le bout de la rue. Juste au coin de la rue, juste à un pâté de maisons se trouve la jetée Oak Island qui propose également une boutique d'accessoires / cadeaux et des restaurants balnéaires. NON-FUMEUR. Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family and friends had a wonderful long weekend in OKI. The property was spacious and met all our needs. The easy favorite spot for adults and teens alike was the garage with the ping pong table! The sunroom and decks were also favorite spots. We loved being a short walk from the beach which meant everyone could come and go as they pleased. The early October weather couldn't have been more beautiful. We enjoyed spending our days on the beach and our evenings fishing on the pier, chasing crabs on the beach and of course playing ping pong in the garage. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and just a short walk to the beach/pier. The home is well maintained and stocked with all the necessities, which made our stay comfortable and fun. We appreciated the information about the island we received from the property owner before our stay. We will stay here again.

Another amazing stay at Hideaway in Paradise

This is my family’s second time at this house, and it’s absolutely perfect for our group of four adults and two children! We had additional family members (two adults, two children) staying in a condo nearby and there was more than enough room in common areas for us all to dine and unwind together each evening! We very much enjoyed the screened in patio. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach, Oak Island pier, Ruby’s Coffee, Koko Cabana restaurant, and Swain’s Seafood restaurant (we enjoyed them all)! The beach is beautiful and was never crowded during our time on the island. Southport is a short drive away and we enjoyed the shopping, restaurants, and waterfront park in this quaint, friendly town. The Whites are great hosts and we once again enjoyed their lovely home! Can’t wait to come back! 😊

Everything it says it is

Had a great time. The house was perfect. It even smelled good! Love the sun porch, the weather was amazing. We went to sweet treats for ice cream, delicious. Also Castcucci's for honestly the best italian food ever! Location to beach is literally 5 min walk. Easy beach acces too! Would love to stay here again.

An enjoyable time that went too fast!

The 1st floor has the washer/dryer and 2nd refrigerator. In the garage is the ping pong table and beach items, ie, chairs. No bathroom on this level. The 2nd floor bedroom was the master with a hallway to adjoining bathroom--with clean and comfortable King size bed. The two bedrooms on 3rd floor where clean and the beds comfortable--both share the hall bathroom. One bedroom has a King bed, the other bedroom has two bunk beds and a queen size bed. Walking distance to beach--where the ocean waters were warm and calm. Find a spot under the fishing pier and you won't need to haul a beach umbrella, etc...the pier provides plenty of shade and with close access to the local restaurant for a cold drink or bite to eat. Outside is a hose to wash off beach sand and beach chairs, etc. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet; grocery stores and restaurants located a short drive away. All in all, it was an enjoyable time that went too fast!

Awesome Family Vacation, Perfect Location!

The White’s home had the perfect layout for our family consisting of four adults and two children. We couldn’t ask for a better location, a quick walk down the block to the beach, Oak Island Pier, adorable Ruby’s Coffee Shop, and Koko Cabana restaurant. My oldest daughter (4 years old) and I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop each morning and sitting on the pier to enjoy our treats. We spent each day at the beautiful beach and enjoyed a drive in the evenings to nearby Southport for dinners (Fishy Fishy, and the Southport Smokehouse were awesome). We also loved the waterfront park in Southport and swinging on the swings. To end each evening, we enjoyed walking down the pier to watch the sunset. The White’s house was well stocked with the comforts of home, and we enjoyed grilling some steaks, burgers, and hot dogs on the grill when we felt like eating in. The screened in porch (and outdoor porch) were great at night and we enjoyed breakfast there as well. Overall, it was a quintessential family beach vacation and the White’s house was just perfect!

This is our second year staying at “A Hideaway in Paradise” as a family and it did not disappoint. The location to the beach is great and a quick easy walk. The house has all the amenities you need for a beach vacation, whether it be to relax in the sunroom or pack up the beach card for a fun day on the beach.Brenda is a great host and makes sure you feel at home.

Family vacation

House was a good size, owners had it stocked with all kinds of things to make the stay more enjoyable. Location to the beach was excellent, just a short easy walk. Quite street, but walking distance to a few food locations. Owners were very quick to respond to communication with us during our stay. Would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful house. Beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly need. I was worried about the distance from the house to the beach (lazy children lol) but it was so much closer than I thought. Lots of close places to walk to eat or shop. Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed this house. We fished in the morning and we could walk to the pier. They had fresh cut flowers waiting on us. They pay attention to the minor details. We would definitely stay there again.

Another Great Stay

This is our 4th time staying in the White's home and it was another great stay! As always, the home was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It was nice to see a few upgrades including a very comfy king size bed upstairs and laundry baskets in each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need and the downstairs ping pong table was a hit this year. The home is within walking distance to Oak Island pier, Ruby's Coffee Shop Koko Cabanas, Swain's, Nancy Jo's Bakery and many shops. You can't go wrong with a stay on Keziah Street and with A Hideaway in Paradise.

Hideaway in Paradise is an excellent home to rent.

We so enjoyed our stay. It was within walk-ing distance of the beach, pier, several restaurants and best of all it still felt private and secluded. A great home to rent for a large family or group.

Perfect getaway!

We truly loved our stay. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the beds were already made. We've stayed at several properties that require guests to make the beds and then strip them before check out. It may seem silly to point out something like that but making beds is not some I want to do on vacation. We traveled with 2 teenagers , 2 young adults and 4 adults. We never felt crowded. The location was a short walk to the beach as well as the pier and the kids really liked that there was a coffee shop and ice cream in such close proximity to the house. The Carolina room was definitely a favorite for everyone. Mornings were spent drinking coffee and watching the birds on the feeder, and evenings the kids played cards. Highly recommend!

Best Vacation I Have Taken My Family On At Oak Island!

Throughout the rental process to include the many communication we received, I can testify that what I and my family was lead to believe about the property was 100% correct! The house was amazing and the management team that took care of us exceeded our expectations! These guys and gals are professionals that have integrity and ethical beliefs which explains why they are able to provide great family vacations homes. We, my family, are already planning our next vacation at is Oak Island and we plan on renting this home again if it is available!

A Hideaway in Paradise is always the perfect house for my family. We have stayed there on numerous occasions. We love the amenities of the home as well as the Yaupon Beach location. Wonderful neighborhood and steps from the beach. Brenda is always so hospitable and responsive to any questions. I would not hesitate to book again.

Great property, highly recommend!

This property had everything we could ask for. My husband and I went with our 4 girls (19,15,14, 9)…as well as my daughters BF. Even with the size of our party, there was STILL plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The house was in a great location, a very short walk to the beach, and close to all the stores/restaurants on Oak Island. The house is decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Owner was responsive with messages, and checking in was easy. As a Mom who loves the beach, I would highly recommend renting this property ❤️

Great Vacation Home

Highly recommend this property. Very spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children. Clean, Decorated nicely. Loved the sun room. Can hear the ocean waves from the deck. Very short walk to beach. Had a great week, would most definitely rent this home again.

Oak Island is the perfect get away and once you get there, you will feel like you're miles away from your everyday routine. Oak Island is a very low key - peaceful - relaxing location. We love the quiet serenity of our home's location on the tidal waterways on a North Carolina's barrier island. 200 yards to the beach is the perfect distance, and 2 miles to the local marina is also perfect access to the inter-coastal waterway, and a lot of good restaurants and bars. The new 'second' bridge to Oak Island opened in November 2010, which provides easy access to over 50 great golf courses in the North Myrtle Beach area.

This is our family vacation home and we spent many happy years enjoying it together as a family. Now, we want to share our house and our beach with you and your family. We want you to have as much fun and make as many memories at Oak Island as we have during the years. Enjoy!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our beach is not a crowded you may have to share it with the occasional sand crab, sea turtle nest, pelican or seagull! Plenty of seashells to collect and sunrises and sunsets to be seen. We always made our vacations about family and we hope you do as well.
