This beautiful villa has been owned by Proyectos Urbanos SL, a Spanish real estate company with several properties on the Atlantic coast, in northern Spain, since 2022. The previous owner has been renting this wonderful holiday villa to tourists for many years with very positive reviews and we at Proyectos Urbanos want to continue this in the same quality. At our side is the property management team "Mallorca & Friends", who is your competent contact person during your stay.

Villa in 300 m² garden, with pool (2x2.50m) and large roof terrace with panoramic sea view

This exclusive designer villa is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays and to feel really good.
The villa is in a privileged location on the cliffs of Badia Gran, also known as Bahia Azul, and offers fantastic all-round sea views from the spacious roof terrace, stretching as far as Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. With good visibility you can even see the neighboring islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The adjoining small park guarantees you peace and privacy. Nevertheless, the leading restaurants in the area, a supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached quickly in just 5 minutes on foot.
In the 300 m2 private garden you will find a beautiful teak terrace with a small pool and a cozy lounge area. A large awning provides sufficient shade. On another terrace you will find an inviting dining area with an American 6-burner grill.
Ground Floor: The entrance leads to a modern living room, dining area for six, electric relax sofa, 50 inch 4k TV, access to the pool and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200), a modern bathroom with a rain shower and a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
First Floor: A beautiful Iroko staircase leads to the first floor. The 50 m² bedroom with a luxurious en suite bathroom with rain shower and Italian hydro-massage bath opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The bedroom also has a king-size bed (180 x 200), an open wardrobe and a 50-inch 4k TV. On this floor you will find another double bedroom with balcony and sea views.
Tower: A spiral staircase leads to the top floor, where there is another double bed and access to the 40 m² terrace, another highlight of the house. From here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets over the sea.
Other advantages of the villa are the air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms and the electric heating. So you can live very comfortably all year round.

Breathtaking views of Mallorca

Beautiful home with sweeping views of the sea. Beautifully appointed, comfortable home that accommodated 5 adults. From the welcoming pool in the courtyard to the roof top jacuzzi this house made us feel like we were home. Highly recommend this property!

Incredible property with beautiful views and spacious living accommodations!

Daniel was such a gracious host. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, had great recommendations for the surrounding area, and was easily reachable if we ever needed anything. The house itself was absolutely stunning. It easily fit 6 girls, had a beautiful garden where you could relax and enjoy dinner outside and a rooftop balcony with incredible views of the sunset. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to cook, but it was also walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to clubs and bars. Could not recommend staying here more!

Nice and comfortable house with a well planned private garden.

This house with 3 floors has a spectacular "tower" with a rooftop beside, where you have a wonderful view over the sea and sorroundings and a sight all the way to PALMA when clear weather! We had the oppurtunity to enjoy some very nice and spectacular sunsets during our visit! Daniel was very helpful landlord and quick to answer when we had questions. The area is like a suburb to PALMA and slightly sleepy this time of the year. So the kitchen which is very well equipped for cooking was perfect for us since there were not many restaurants opened in the area.

Schönes Haus in Badia Gran

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison sehr genossen. Das Haus hat Meerblick und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Badia Grsn, in der Bucht von Palma. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen, Check in problemlos, wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber und in hervorragendem Zustand vor. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten bequem mit ausreichend Decken und an kalten Abenden ließ es sich gut heizen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts .Tolle Badezimmer. Die Aussenbereiche sind sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick aus dem Turmzimmer und der Dachterrasse phantastisch. Das Haus ist in einer reinen Wohngegend ohne viel Verkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Restaurants fussläufig. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit professionell und sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Positiv: Sauber, ruhig, günstige Lage (Palma in einer halben Stunde erreichbar und Es Trenc auch), beeindruckender Meerblick von der Dachterrasse, optimal für zwei Personen Nicht so gut: Pool sehr klein, auf der Dachterrasse keine Sitzgelegenheiten

daas Ferienhaus ist in einem besonders gut gepflegten Zustand. Die Pflanzen und der Garten sind sehr gut und regelmäßig gepflegt. Ansonsten war das Haus ... ankommen und wohlfühlen !!

Beautifully appointed with great attention to detail. Had everything we needed and a super helpful host. Very clean. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and only 20mins by taxi to Palma. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Vacation at a Unique destination

We had a fantastic stay at this property. There is nothing we found to be able to complain about. Clean, lovely place with an absolute fantastic view across the sea. We loved to cool down in the nice pool and prepare our food at the great BBQ. The host did a great job as well - communication prior to arrival as well as during our stay was excellent and swift. Highly recommended place! We will come back! Muchas Gracias!

Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr schönes Objekt mit idealer Lage zum Ballermann. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und sauber. Küche und Bäder sind ebenfalls top. Die Dachterrasse mit dem dazugehörigem Whirpool sind ein Traum. Kleines Manko des Hauses ist der doch kleine Pool im Gartenbereich. Ideal zur Abkühlung, aber zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Insgesamt jedoch sehr postiv.

Phantastisches Haus

Phantastisches Haus in schöner Lage! Daniel ist ein super kulanter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief perfekt, der Check-in reibungslos. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Alles war tiptop sauber ! Die Küche und die Grillarea laden zum Kochen ein! Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Tolle und ruhige Lage abseits vom Trubel. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Für uns, vier Erwachsene (50+) war es das ideale Haus!

Top Lage

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip da. Lage mit der Nähe zu Palma ist top. Schnitt der Zimmer ist etwas merkwürdig aber für unsere Ansprüche völlig okay. Abwicklung war reibungslos und professionell!

Tolles Haus - gerne wieder

Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse/ dem „Turmzimmer“ ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und Daniel ist als Gastgeber immer ansprechbar, falls man ihn braucht.

Nice place but a great shame about the pool

The villa is very nice and Daniel was most attentive during the stay and his responses were very quick. However, we, and my 8 year old grandson in particular, were very disappointed that the pool wasn't heated. Its was advertised as a heated pool which is why we choose the property in the first place. We even had an email communication with Daniel before we booked to be sure about the heated pool and he said '...the pool is heated, in February the water reaches 26 degrees'. It was so cold we couldn't use the pool at all. Why advertise a heated pool that clearly isn't doing the job. We wouldn't have booked if we had known this so feel rather disappointed. I'm afraid we would go there again.
