Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6
This apartment is immaculately furnished and has been equipped with everything you could need for a perfect relaxing holiday. It has integral air conditioning, which provides hot and cool air as required.
The large open-plan lounge and dining area is light & spacious with modern and stylish furnishings, including a large leather corner sofa and a white high gloss dining table with 6 chairs. There is a 48in Smart TV with UK and European channels also a DVD player and free wifi. The spacious and stylish semi open-plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
The master bedroom can be configured to have one Super King size bed or 2 singles and has a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space. The sliding patio doors lead directly out from the bedroom to the terrace and there is a large en-suite bathroom with twin basins, bath with shower over, wc and bidet. A hairdryer is also provided. The second bedroom can be configured to either Super King Size or 2 singles, with double fitted wardrobes and has a small private Juliet balcony. The third bedroom has a King Size bed.
The separate shower room has an extra large walk-in shower area, washbasin, and wc.
Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge to the large private terrace with an outside lounge and dining area and stunning views. The terrace is South East facing, with open views over the pool, tropical gardens and golf course and benefits from direct sun until late in the day. The large wooden pergola has been fitted with sliding shades and a further extendable awning to provide as much or as little shade as required. The nearest communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment stairwell (pool towels are provided for you) and all 15 pools have both a children's pool and a large main pool and are all fenced in for additional child safety. The pool areas are all set in amongst large open grassy gardens with palm & olive trees and an array of tropical plants.
On the resort is a 5* hotel, where you can have something to eat or drink whilst overlooking the fabulous pool area and golf course beyond. In the resort's Town Centre, there is a further restaurant and the community pool (opening times and entry conditions vary). Then just outside one of the resort's entrances is "El Boulevard", a commercial area where you will find a further choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket inside the resort.
As well as the on-site Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole golf course, there is the new Club MMGR providing Padel, Tennis, Crazy Golf Gym and Heated Swimming Pool, fees apply. There is an outdoor "trim trail", with exercise equipment dotted along a meandering path. For the children, there is a play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for children to have a run around.
The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach, for a little retail therapy.

It was amazing
It was magnificent. Very clean. There's everything you need: lots of hangers, crockery, beautiful decoration, sun cream... Everything is done to make you feel at home. The terrace overlooking the pool and the other apartments is magnificent. The owner is a great listener, responds very quickly and has even set up streaming sites to help you enjoy your evenings. ☺️

Great family holiday
Easy to relax as all our needs in apartment. Great to park underground. Contact person friendly and helpful. Pool sited below apartment, to sunbathe and cool off. Local restaurants walking distance, but taxi to more authentic only 8 euros, 16 to Los Alcázares. Definitely book again.

Lovely, well equipped holiday apartment
We had a lovely week here. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the resort and is very well equipped. The children loved the pool and my husband enjoyed the golf course. Beach and supermarkets are close by, although you do need to have a car. Recommend the day trip to Cartegena for a visit to the Roman ruins. Highly recommended.

Amazing Apartment and Golf Resort
It’s always difficult to choose an apartment that suits a family with different tastes but this apartment was amazing!! It was so spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, 3 spacious bedrooms with one huge ensuite, a kitchen which was better equipped than mine at home!, a wonderful pool which was really quiet (about 5 other families, and that’s amazing for summer holidays!!) our own sun beds to take down to the pool so no fighting over sun beds (in fact no one even went down to the pool until about midday!), under ground parking to keep the car cool, a huge terrace with a great parasol if you wanted the shade which overlooked the pool, great restaurants on site and also 4 or 5 great restaurants just outside the resort (about 1 mile walk from apartment). Not to mention great golf (or so I’m told by my husband and son!). The Resort was SPOTLESSLY clean everywhere!! The apartment is about a 5 min walk to the club house. The one and only downside is that you do need a car as the Spa shop (which is on the resort- which sells everything!) is about a mile away so quite a walk in the heat if you need to get water and provisions. I love walking but wouldn’t have wanted to walk back with a 5 litre bottle of water every day. You also need a car to get to the beach (or €15 in a taxi one way) or anywhere else. But we had a car so nothing was too far away. Janice was lovely to deal with and was happy for us to check out later as no one was going in to the apartment on the day of our departure. All in all a fantastic holiday apartment which I would definitely recommend. We would happily go back and I’m sure we will.

Absolutely brilliant apartment
The reviews on this apartment are outstanding so I did not think that it could live up to them. However it is just as everyone else says- superb. Everything is there that you could possibly need and more. The supplies for the beach and pool are great. the apartment is spacious and very clean and beautifully presented. Janice is indeed great too. She is easy to contact and very helpful. The pool was very warm and so close. The apartment is in a very quiet part of the complex. There are pluses and minuses to this as it means that you are not close to all amenities but it was a pleasant walk to get to them. Find the cut through by the driving range! The onsite shop is very good with lovely fresh bread for breakfast and lunch. We would advise not going to the steak restaurant. The other guests are so friendly and they told us restaurants locally to try. I can really imagine coming back to this apartment and would like to thank the owners and manager for providing such an excellent standard of holiday accommodation.

Excellent apartment
Very nice apartment. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a good sized private balcony. Janice was extremely helpful and professional with all aspects of the booking. The resort itself is well maintained and nice and quiet. Can't comment on the on site bars/restaurants as we went into local towns most evenings. Cartagena is a beautiful city (that feels more like a town) and definitely worth a visit.

Best equipped apartment I have been in.
Sorry for the late review but I have been snowed under at work until now. we arrived at lunchtime on Thursday 14/7 and as we walked into the apartment we we struck as to how well equipped it was and by the view from the balcony overlooking the pool. WOW! The apt was spotlessly clean and the rooms were large. The en suite in our bedroom was massive. Our teenage girls travelling with us loved their room even though they could have had a room each they wanted to share. The Mrs is a chef and she was pleased and surprised by the amount of pots/pans, crockery etc she had available. The apt is situated in a quiet corner of the resort about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and restaurants/bar. We had a great time and will return! P.S. Thank you Janice for your help when booking etc..

Even better than the description - just perfect!
Firstly, we have high expectations whenever we travel and were a little apprehensive prior to our arrival, but Janice who manages the property was very helpful answering all our questions and on arrival what a helpful pleasant lady she is nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we are as mentioned very particular, the beds were comfortable and we even take pillow protectors with us but need not have worried about the cleanliness in any way. Every detail has been catered for lots of travel adapters supplied, pegs, pool towels, the best loungers for the pool as agreed but my wife and daughters! There were two powerful hair dryers, plenty of mirrors, loads of storage space and hangers again we usually end up buy extra but no need at this apartment. The kitchen was very well kitted out and in particular we were pleased to find a cafetier. The master bedroom has a TV and not to mention the TV in in the lounge area with all the channels you could wish for. The outside terrace was lovely the sofa seating and dining set were very comfortable and the extra awning was a bonus to provide much needed shade. Now to the underground parking just brilliant the hire car kept lovely and cool, the pool was just a few steps away from the lift and being there during the peak holiday season we had some afternoons with it all to ourselves. It really is just a 10min walk (although my daughter timed it to be 9,) to the village centre and a lovely stroll in the evening. So we must thank the owners of the property for providing 5 star accommodation and to Janice Scott for 5 star service we had a lovely time and cannot recommend this more highly. Thanks again.

Simply Perfect!
Well I enjoyed the apartment so much for 21 days in October last year, so I decided to go back for 30 days this time, April through May 2015. Just when I thought you can't do any better, the management or owners have added more value to the property. A few new changes to update you on. The property is now under new management (Janice Scott), and may I say a huge thank you for all your help and insight, especially your knowledge of the surrounding regional area, particularly Los Alacazares (which is a must see). A new Laptop table with drawers has been added. A new comfy chair, which is very easy to take a siesta in. Additional landscaping to the outdoor Patio in the form of a Cactus & Palm plants plants sunken into the patio wall on a bed of small Cream Stones, along with new Solar lighting that shines on the Palm Plants. Looks fantastic at night. Additional kitchen amenities, too many to mention, and a couple of new sunbeds. But must important of (well at least to me), was the new Samsung 48" Full 1080 HD, LED Curved TV, which can also be rotated so you can watch from the huge outdoor Patio. The picture is stunning on the HD channels, absolutely stunning! Plenty of English HD channels available to view as well. The 40" TV has been moved to the Master Bedroom. There are now more large Pool Towels, I think at least 7 or 8. And I think I forgot to mention on my last review that they have a bunch of Kids stuff for the Pool and beach (Los Alcazares Beach, a 7.5km strip of Beach at Mar Menor Bay, which is always 5 degrees warmer than the Med. "Mar Menor" means "Small Sea"). My advice...... don't miss out going to Los Alcazares, and make sure you go to the Beach, Restaurant Row and do not miss eating Tapas and having drinks at Hotel Los Narejos (See my review on Tripadvisor under The_Shadow6), best value anywhere in Los Alcazares. A 12 minute drive from the apartment, or a €12 - €15 taxi ride. Another great addition to your stay is a new bar and restaurant "Shamrock Lounge", situated on the half mile strip just outside the resort, across from the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco (see my review on Tripadvisor). 10 minutes walk from the apartment. As per my visit last time, the apartment was immaculately clean. Don't forget on long stays, there is a washing machine in the apartment, and a large drying frame and pegs to hang your laundry to dry very quickly either inside or on the patio outside. I'm definitely coming back soon!

Luxurious Penthouse Apartment 5* - Very Impressive
I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 21 days. Talk about the "Wow Factor"! I was blown away with the high standard of furnishings and entertainment systems (Brand new 48" Samsung Full 1080 HD LED Curved TV, with a bunch of HD Satellite Channels from the UK. DVD Player and lots of DVD's to watch, Surround Sound System, Wii with a bunch of great games). It even had a great range of books to read and board games, and a bunch of pool toys for the kids. The balcony that leads from the Patio doors from the lounge is huge, and the Patio furniture is both high quality and modern. There is even a large gas barbecue, which I used nearly every night (Cooks Great). What really blew me away was that there wasn't anything that I needed to buy. They provided everything, Paper Towels, Laundry Liquid, Dishwasher tablets, Washing Up Liquid, Dish Towels, Towels, Cleaning Detergents, Bleach, Dish Cloths, scouring pads, you name the place provided it. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil imaginable, lots of different plates and dishes, as well as pans, baking stuff, lots of different glasses, and of course a huge fridge freezer, Microwave and washing machine. All looked like brand new. In fact the place looked spotless, to a very high standard, very clean with lovely views over the pool and golf course from the patio. Very reasonably priced for what is offered, and I would recommend this apartment and resort for all ages. Lovely location.. Very quiet.. Very peaceful, most days I had the pool to myself. 4 huge Pool Towels where provided, and a bunch of quality Lounge Chairs, which you can also take down to the pool. 10 mins walk to the Spar Store, which is located next to the 5* Hotel (The Intercontinental). Plenty of Restaurants, and bars inside the resort and also just outside near one of the main entrances. Gym in hotel is ok, and there is also another gym next to the paddle board courts. The golf course looks immaculate along with the landscaping. The Clover Bar is the night spot , and is part of the hotel. There is also a huge communal pool in the Resort Town Center, along with some shops and small cafe's. If you want a relaxing peaceful bargain holiday this is the place to come, although a car is needed if you want to explore the surrounding area.
