Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Steep steps down from parking to house and house to garden are not suitable for those with mobility issues. While picturesque Totnes with its "different" perspective on life is a must, the city of Plymouth with its shops, Marine Aquarium, and Barbican quayside district is only 8 miles away. If you prefer the beach to boats, you can't do better than the stunning sands of Mothecombe and Bigbury, which are only a few miles away. Both can be reached from Newton Ferrers by car or boat.
