Villa Bernialiss spans two floors, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The white-washed exterior reflects the nautical vibe, complemented by sea and mountain views from the upper floor. Inside, modern and contemporary decor with a neutral color scheme adds a stylish touch.
The lounge and dining area is ideal for family gatherings. A cosy sofa invites you to relax and watch movies on the villa's TV, whilst the dining area, filled with natural light from the patio doors, is perfect for family meals. The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare anything from snacks to full meals and a shared family bathroom with a shower can also be found on this floor for convenience.
The ground floor features the first bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. From here, you can step directly onto the patio. Upstairs, two more bedrooms provide additional sleeping options. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, and both rooms have en-suite bathrooms, sharing a large terrace with stunning mountain and sea views.
Outside, the relaxation continues. Comfortable seating areas invite you to unwind, and the outdoor dining table is perfect for meals in the fresh air. The grill is ready for barbecues, and the large pool is perfect for a refreshing dip.

The town leads to the Old Town Harbour at the southern tip, where you can enjoy traditional Canarian architecture and restaurants. Try a local diner for delicious tapas and excellent wines! You can also take a boat taxi to Puerto Calero Marina to shop for clothes and designer items or dine at top-notch restaurants in this beautiful port.
East of Old Harbour Town, a promenade lined with shops leads to Puerto del Carmen's famous beaches. Six kilometers of soft, golden sand and clear blue waters offer endless entertainment or relaxation. Popular beaches like Playa Chica are designed with visitors in mind, perfect for a full day of fun.
Relax on sun loungers, use parasols for shade, or enjoy various activities based on your mood. For a quieter experience, head to Medio Beach, a smaller and more peaceful spot. Food and drink options line the beaches, letting you enjoy stunning views as you dine from day into night.

£250 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit

Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay?
7 nights. All other durations on request. Please note that this villa is only bookable in weekly periods.

For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
