Villa Mandorlo is an amazing newly built property, immersed in the quiet of the countryside in Noto.
The villa is on 2 levels.
The entrance is on the the living area with Tv and a beautiful corner sofa right in front of the window overlooking the pool. Through a hallway, with fridge, oven and pantry, you can reach the dining area with an island with sink and hob.

The entrance is on the the living area with Tv and a beautiful corner sofa right in front of the window overlooking the pool. Through a hallway, with fridge, oven and pantry, you can reach the dining area with an island with sink and hob.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms, The first bedroom can be accessed directly from the dining area. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a splendid private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. The third bedroom is part of the main building but with an independent access from the outside. Finally, the fourth bedroom is located in a dependance. All the four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom.
All the rooms in the villa are large and bright. Architectural and furnishing elements typical of the Sicilian tradition fit perfectly into a modern context, blending together harmoniously and creating warm and comfortable atmospheres.
The outdoors is certainly the ideal place to relax: the swimming pool, the splendid pergola perfect for having lunch or dinner outdoors, corners for relaxation, expanses of land for long walks in the midst of nature.
