Just around the corner is the royal castle - Wawel with its famous dragon that throws itself on fire and at the same time is a symbol of this mysterious city. The road to Kazimierz takes only 10 minutes on foot. And for the lovers of walking and active leisure the great advantage will be the Vistula River, which is only 7 minutes away.

Come and rent this fantastic, newly renovated two-bedroom flat, located on the third floor of a renovated townhouse. This modern flat will provide a comfortable stay for up to 6 people.

The flat consists of two elegant bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the main living area, offering additional sleeping space for 2 people.

The kitchen has been stocked with all the necessary appliances, creating the perfect place for cooking and dining. For entertainment and relaxation, the flat offers access to Internet TV, Smart TV (with access to Netflix) and high-speed WIFI.

With the comfort of our guests in mind, every detail has been carefully designed to create an atmosphere where everyone feels at home. This is the perfect place for those looking for both style and comfort during their stay.

***BREAKFASTS OFFER***
For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 30 PLN / 7 EUR per person.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1.Breakfasts are delivered to the apartments daily between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment
3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided.

In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.

~House Rules~

Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 25 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.

7. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
