Wonderful modern serviced apartment next to main Market Square, with unique interior and amazing large terrace

"Berlin-Mitte" Apartment is part of District17 by Loft Affair apartments collection and offers you a very comfortable fully serviced stay in heart of Old Town.
It's located on the 1st floor of a renovated historical Old Town townhouse with elevator, consist of 3 bedrooms and can fit up to 8 people.
The apartment is 100m2 and has a large terrace with a view of the courtyard on one side and the other on the historic St. Cross street next to the Market Square.
Decorated in real art pieces from local artists it has artistic character for a quality time in the Old Town.
All bedrooms have king size beds 180x200 and the living room is equipped with double sofa bed.
There are 2 separated WC and 1 bathroom with bathtub & shower.
Open kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment. Apartment is very spacious, ideal for family or group of friends.
There are also 2 TV's: one in the living room; one in one of the bedrooms.
Location:
St.Cross street is one of the oldest streets of Cracow s Old Town crossing both St. Marc and St.Thomas streets, and it is part of Cracow Market Square.
Behind the corner you will find city's most beautiful theatre, Main Market Square with St. Mary's Basilica as well as some of city's best restaurant. Downstairs the apartment itself you will find both Nota Resto and Bistro Bene where you can have a delicious breakfast (read below for buffet option).
***BREAKFAST BUFFET***
Optional breakfast buffet is offered exclusively for our guest at the downstairs famous chief restaurant NOTA RESTO.
The breakfast costs 45 PLN per person per night and it must be prebooked as the restaurant can't guarantee spots last minute.
For guests who do not wish to prebook the breakfast, Bistro Bene offers 'à la carte' breakfast menu from 8:30-11:30.

Next to it are historic planty gardens, which lead to many monuments of Krakow. The historical buildings of the city allow you to spend amazing time in the city of kings. Many cafes and restaurants offer delicious not only polish meals and allow to admire beautiful architecture.
In the same building we cooperate with Bistro Bene and Nota Resto - where our guests can buy discounted breakfasts.

3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.

5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
