Letting my lovely home in Madrid Rio

Note: This is not a holiday rental - it's my home. I normally live here, and let it when I'm away :)

Sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 1 convertible couch in the living room. I also have a small mattress in the office room). Pets and/or young children are not allowed, sorry.

Overlooking a leafy square, and 10 min on foot from Madrid Rio. City centre is 15-20 min by metro/bus, or 40 min on foot. Both metro and bus are frequent and available at a 5-10 min walk from the place.

All mod cons, good broadband, and great balcony. There are shops and amenities in the neighbourhood.

important: for security reasons, I request a scanned copy of all the guests IDs (watermarked is fine, and you'll receive a copy of my ID too).
