Cozy and nice apartment with large terrace inside a residential village with swimming pool near Palumbalza and the beautiful beach of Marinella, a short distance from Porto Rotondo.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential complex with swimming pool a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The large terrace, furnished with sofas and dining area, leads to the living area, with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a second access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and iron.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Corso Umberto I n° 148, Olbia 07026.

The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most fashionable places in Sardinia and Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
Porto Rotondo is a place for everyone to discover by walking, cycling, boating, savouring local specialities in the excellent restaurants, enjoying an aperitif in front of the sunset over the harbour or dancing in the elegant nightclubs, or shopping in the exclusive boutiques, jewellers or craft shops along the characteristic alleys.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 30-minute drive from the accommodation, while for those arriving by boat to the island, the nearest ports are Golfo Aranci (15 minutes by car) and Olbia (20 minutes).
