» Please note that this apartment is located on the 1st floor and requires climbing steep and narrow stairs, as there is no elevator available.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
