The apartment is 100 meters to a large supermarket, bars and restaurants in Sitio de Calahonda. It is also 100m to bus stop servicing La Calla De Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella, so car not required.


The apartment is comfortably furnished with a sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed), dining table and chairs and TV. The lounge leads directly on to the covered south facing terrace. It looks directly onto the swimming pool and offers some privacy so that you can indulge in some al fresco dining in peace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the mod cons expected for a perfect self catered holiday. This includes a washing machine, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and benefits from views to the swimming pool. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and also has built-in wardrobes. Both are lit with plenty of natural light and are equipped with room darkening shutters. The family bathroom has a bath/shower, a hairdryer and bidet. The apartment benefits from air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout, as well as free wifi internet.

The complex has mature and well kept communal gardens with tropical plants and two swimming pools, a children’s pool and small children’s park. Within the complex grounds there is also a tennis/basketball court. There is free on street parking within the complex. You are a short walk’s distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The beach is also very nearby so you'll never be far if you feel the need for sand and surf! You'll always find something to do in Calahonda. For golfers you are an approximate 10 minute drive from Cabopino Golf and 7 minutes from Miraflores Golf.

Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100
