Nous avons plus de 40 avis CINQ ÉTOILES pour une bonne raison, et c’est parce que nous faisons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour offrir à nos clients un séjour idéal, en vacances ou pour affaires.
Nous ne sommes qu’à un peu plus de 13 kilomètres de Disney (environ 15 minutes) et d’Orlando. Nous avons rénové ce magnifique 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison qui dort confortablement 8-10 personnes, à quelques minutes de Disney. Sentez-vous en sécurité dans notre communauté fermée avec une aire de jeux et un court de tennis, une piscine / grotte orientée plein sud avec chauffage de piscine (disponible à partir de 22h00 seulement) et une barrière de protection pour les enfants. Chaque chambre est joliment décorée, de nouvelles téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Suite principale spacieuse - dressing, salle de bains privative, baignoire profonde, double lavabo, avec les tailles de lit:
1 roi (dans la suite principale)
1 reine dans une chambre
1 reine dans une autre chambre
4 lits jumeaux (lits gigognes, ce qui signifie que 2 des lits jumeaux glissent sous les autres lits jumeaux dans une chambre)
Nous avons méticuleusement remodelé avec des fonctionnalités modernes et mises à jour. Nous avons pensé à tout! Internet haute vitesse et câble, laveuse et chauffeur; Garage Salle de jeux avec 50 "TV, Xbox One, Ping Pong, basket, trou de maïs, chevalet, jeux de société, piscine avec Basketball & Patio meublé / Lanai avec table et 8 chaises et 4 chaises longues ainsi qu'un Grill. Près de Walmart, épiceries, grands magasins, restaurants FIne, et tous les parcs d'attractions Disney (Uber plus de 15. 00 à 20. 00) ainsi que toutes les autres choses merveilleuses à faire dans et près de Orlando.

Beautiful comfortable place to stay

This property is exactly as described. We had a great stay here. The rooms are all spacious and relaxing. The master bathroom is awesome! The pool gate and door alarms are a nice touch if you have little kids in your group. The location is great and the gated community is easy to get in and out of with the code. Eric was quick to respond when we were talking and answered any questions we had. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Kids n family loved the Heated pool n having beach towels provided, it was great! Quite neighborhood. Close to parks n places to eat. Very clean Had issue with AC but Eric was very helpful to get it addressed. Just be aware you need garbage bags n paper towels :) no major but good to know.

Took Family of 10 on vacation. Plenty of space for everyone kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool kitchen was big plenty of room to cook. Master bath was bigger than I was expecting. Overall experience was excellent.

Perfect Stay - Great House

Great location and well stocked house. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful. House was perfect for our needs and in a great location for activities at Disney. Everyone enjoyed the pool and there were lots of choices for games, ping pong, etc. Even our teenager had no complaints! Would highly recommend for families and would love to stay here again next time we are in Orlando.

I was hesitant to stay in a 4 bedroom house with 5 adults and 3 children but I was surprisingly impressed with the amount of space we had not to mention how beautiful the house was and how quiet the neighborhood is! Eric went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were meet! We would definitely rebook with him if/ when we return to Florida again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great stay at this home. The property owner, Eric, was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. And the home was in perfect condition. It is close to the Disney Parks and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Disney!

Incredible! Want to come again!

This is the best villa we have stayed in since we have been visiting Orlando for the last 11 years. It had everything we needed and more including a well equipped kitchen and games room, comfortable beds and a brilliant pool. It is clean and very well maintained and was the perfect position to get to all the parks, shops and everywhere else we needed. Eric responded quickly to any questions and was great at communicating before our arrival and throughout. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Best Vrbo stay

This place was amazing, even though the pictures are great, it’s even better in person. Eric was very good at communicating and answered any questions we had. There is a ton of space, and it was very clean and we loved the pool area and the game room in the garage. Not to mention walking around the gated community always made us feel safe and comfortable. It’s located close to just about everything you would want to do and Disney is only about 9 miles away. This is the best place we’ve stayed and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous Holiday!

We all loved the house - it was quite large with high ceilings - which was a plus for my 6'5" son-in-law. Families with children will find the attached bathroom by the pool very handy. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, as well as most of the Orlando attractions. We definitely plan to return!

We bought our home in July 2017 and worked very hard to modernize and fix it up with updated and beautiful features. It’s a cut above most other homes. We strive to make sure that all the people that stay enjoy it as much as we do when we’re down there. As you can see from our 5 Star reviews, people really have a wonderful time while their here and we know you will too.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Gated and Beautiful subdivision only 1/2 mile from a beautiful park and It’s near great restaurants, golfing, shopping, grocery stores, walmart, and only 15 min to Disney. We even Ubered over to Disney Epcot for 15.00.
The food is amazing, we’ve eaten at authentic Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, and many others all within 2 to 4 miles. Starbucks is just 2 miles away as well as many other shopping stores. It’s really the perfect place and being on highway 27 it is a 6 way highway, 3 roads going south and north so traffic is usually light and easy to get to these great restaurants and grocery stores. The main Grocery store, other than Walmart, is Publix, and it is just over a half mile away. Tons of stuff to do. We think you will Love it as much as we do.

This gated community is really unique in the fact that all the homes have a large Gorgeous tree in the front yard as well as other palm trees and smaller trees around which enhances the aesthetics and beauty of the area.
The fact that it is a gated community increases the safety that you feel being in the subdivision. Whether its Grocery stores, Restaurants, or just about anything else you need, it nice to know its only a short distance to get to them. Not to mention Disney and it's parks are all very close, whether driving or using Uber to get around.
