Villa Il Richiamo di Gallura is a splendid two-storey property set in a pine forest by the sea and located a short distance from the beach of Lu Impostu, which, thanks to a footpath, will allow you to reach the renowned Cala Brandinchi.
Please note:The Lu Impostu Beach, like other beaches in Sardinia, has a limited number of visitors and requires the purchase of an access through online platforms.
Its privileged position not only guarantees a perfect mix of tranquillity and natural beauty, but also ensures a splendid view of the Tavolara Island that frames the emerald colours of the Gallura sea.
The villa is characterised by an architectural style that blends elements of the Sardinian style with references to the shades of the turquoise sea and an outdoor area surrounded by native plants that create an even deeper bond between the property and the surrounding nature.
The highlight of this magnificent villa is the patio with stone seating on the lower floor and the terrace on the upper floor that opens up to a panoramic view of the crystal-clear waters of the Sardinian Sea.
