This spacious apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 175sqm surface and a balcony. The space is divided in: - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 8 people. Main bedroom has a double bed, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have 2 single beds set together. Apartment has three independent bathrooms, where, as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk with office chair, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a two sofas, two armchairs and flat screen TV. There is a gas heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 400€/month.
