Beautiful villa Summer with pool in Novigrad

The charming Villa Summer is located in Buzinija, a small and quiet place near Novigrad, only 3 km from the beach. It is designed for 6 people and you can bring along your pets. With a spacious summer kitchen, a swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, a covered terrace and a lush Mediterranean garden with a trampoline, the villa has been designed for enjoying a summer holiday.

A warm open plan living area consisting of a living room and kitchen welcomes you on the ground floor. The living room has access to the garden and terrace on two sides, so you can enjoy the natural light throughout the day. The comfortable corner sofa and smart TV are ideal for family get-togethers or for a quick break in air-conditioned comfort. The room is decorated in a modern style and neutral colours dominate the interior. The kitchen also has a modern simplicity and is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you might need for the preparation of your favourite dishes. The dining table, which seats 6 people, is located in the kitchen area of the lovely open-plan space.

A staircase leads from the open plan ground floor to the first floor where you will find 3 bedrooms. The rooms are dominated by white and neutral colours with minimalist decor - providing you with the perfect environment for relaxation. One of the bedrooms leads out onto a balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee with a view. Two rooms have double beds and one has a single bed. Baths are distributed over two floors - 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower cabin, while on the first floor you can enjoy a bath surrounded by a peaceful ambience. There is also a hairdryer at your disposal.

As its name suggests, Villa Summer has been designed to help you spend your summer holiday in the best possible way. The covered summer kitchen is designed so that you can spend most of your meals in the fragrant Mediterranean air, from preparation to eating. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a barbecue, and there is a large dining table for 8 people in the modern, well-lit space. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy the company of your loved ones, while the little ones can create their own summer memories by swimming in the pool and playing on the trampoline. The whole family can play the board games that are available to guests. After a swim, you can use the outdoor shower and soak up the Istrian sun on one of the 4 sun loungers.

Villa Summer is located in the immediate vicinity of beautiful cycling and hiking trails, surrounded by olive groves, orchards and vineyards. They are ideal for a relaxing start to a day spent in the peace and quiet of nature and for soaking up the atmosphere of the Istrian village. The charming town of Novigrad, with its many beaches, is less than a 10-minute drive from the villa, so you can be sure that everything you need is close at hand. If you are holidaying with children, why not take them to Istralandia Water Park, which is only 5 minutes’ drive away. If you want to explore the surrounding area, you can visit the town of Brtonigla, where we recommend a visit to one of the family-run wine cellars or taverns. For the more adventurous, there is the Mramornica cave nearby, where you can walk along a safe tourist path to a depth of 20 m.
