This modern and spacious 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort of Kapparis, a very short walk to Malama Beach and a 2 minute drive to a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Kapparis has to offer.
As you enter the villa, you will find the large, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, the dining area has a table with seating for 10 people, and the very modern and spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
One of the five bedrooms can be found on this floor with two single beds, as well as one of the bathrooms with a shower and WC
On the first floor, you will find the remaining four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and WC, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have two single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed. There is a shared balcony with two of the bedrooms that offers partial sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets
