Charmant condo d'angle 2 chambres dans un petit immeuble de 4 étages. Bien entretenu, et décorateur meublé, situé sur une plage très peu fréquentée et large. Il y a un garage avec deux espaces assignés près de l'ascenseur. Le bâtiment a une douche extérieure. Le propriétaire fournit des draps (si vous souhaitez les utiliser, mais doit être lavé et plié avant le départ). Le propriétaire offre des chaises de plage et un parapluie. Il y a 3 téléviseurs à écran plat Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. Belle et récemment rénovée enveloppe de 60 pieds autour du balcon. Excellent emplacement à mi-ville à 4 pâtés de maisons de Rt. 90 pont. À distance de marche de bons restaurants, boutiques et divertissements. Âge minimum pour louer: 25, désolé pas de location de semaine Senior autorisés dans ce bâtiment.

Serenity at the Beach

Kelly was great in communication The condo was just as pictured and beautifully done. Hard to believe it’s a rental. As a prior owner her renters appreciated the condo as if it was their own. Perfect location. Beautiful view. The owner thought of everything in the event you forgot something. And loved the drop off baskets for things as you walk in area to leave your shoes before the corridor. Will be staying again.

A Bit of Heaven

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The view from the wrap around deck was fantastic, and it is true that you can hear the ocean from your bedroom (master bedroom only). Both parking and beach are very convenient. We will be back!! Dotti

Great Experience at OC Condo!

The condo was all it said it would be ++! Great host and always available to answer questions. The view was just stunning. Great ammenities. Parking and elevator made it very accessible and enjoyable. Location very desirible to the many activities to do around OC! Can't wait to go again.

Had a great stay

Thank you for the stay we loved the view and sitting out on the patio the furniture was very comfy the indoor furniture was also comfortable and we loved being able to bring our dogs. The only suggestion we have is the appliances could be more updated it would be nice to have a refrigerator with an icemaker and water in the door. The lighting in the bedrooms was a little dim would be nice to have some overhead or brighter lighting. The guest bathtub could have been cleaned a little bit better but these did not affect us enjoying the property they are just suggestions only. Thanks again for a great visit hope to come again soon!

Beachfront condo at convenient location

I brought my family to stay at this property during the annual State bar convention. I needed a place that was dog-friendly. Very convenient location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and close to exits out of Ocean City. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the wrap-around balcony was a nice plus.

This property is in a great location with spectacular views. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay at this property when visiting Ocean City again.

Almost perfect...

Overall, the property is exactly as indicated in the listing. Kelley was responsive, the condo was clean, etc. The only minor issues we had was that the bedrooms/living room need a shades/curtains (thicker). Both bedrooms have bright lights shining into them at night which makes sleeping more difficult. The living room doesn't have any curtains or shades at all and the complex next door can look into the living room anytime they want. Other than that, loved the property (we've stayed at another condo in the building in the past), location, etc. and plan on staying again.

Another great stay!

This spot has become our family's go to stay every year in OCMD. Can't say enough great things about Kelley and our 3rd stay at her unit. Location is perfect! Communication with Kelley is always quick and easy. The unit is always clean upon arrival and we even noticed some upgrades this year. Newer living room couches and slider screens that ACTUALLY WORK!!! I can't tell you how many times we've stayed in OCMD where the porch screens either don't work well, pop off the track, have huge holes, etc. This seems to be an issue anywhere we stay. Well, we noticed the new screens and they were marvelous! Thanks again for another great stay. Can't wait till 2024.

Perfect getaway!

We recently stayed at this beachfront condo, and it was truly a slice of paradise! The location couldn’t have been better - waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the balcony to the stunning ocean view was a dream come true. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home for a relaxing vacation. I can’t wait to return to this coastal gem for another unforgettable getaway!
