La Villa Amaya est une villa moderne de 3 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes turquoise Maarten. Situé juste en amont et à 3 minutes à pied de l’une des plus belles plages préservées de St. Martin, Indigo Bay. L'emplacement idéal de la Villa Amaya se trouve à quelques minutes de route des restaurants et de la vie nocturne, des magasins, des supermarchés et des attractions sur SXM. La villa offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan, un décor contemporain sophistiqué, des finitions haut de gamme et de nombreuses commodités modernes, créant ainsi un cadre idéal pour des moments romantiques ou des souvenirs de famille agréables.

La villa est construite sur 3 niveaux. Les principaux espaces de vie et de chambre comprennent les 2 premiers niveaux. Le niveau inférieur comprend un cinéma maison pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, un wet-bar et, pour ceux qui ne peuvent tout simplement pas quitter le travail, un espace de travail fonctionnel doté d'une connexion haut débit à Internet. La Villa Amaya propose une connexion Wi-Fi et Internet dans toute la villa. Apple TV, Roku sont disponibles et l'accès Netflix est disponible sur chaque téléviseur. La villa dispose d'une piscine privée à débordement de 32 'à débordement. Vous pouvez également utiliser le plus grand pool communautaire dans le développement.

La Villa Amaya est parfaitement située dans l'enclave d'Indigo Bay en forme de fer à cheval offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan et des alizés rafraîchissants, tout en étant à proximité de superbes restaurants, magasins, épiceries et discothèques. La villa est à quelques pas d'une plage semi-privée, à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport et à 10 minutes de Phillipsburg.

Cette villa vierge est bien équipée avec toutes les commodités modernes.

C'est une maison soigneusement entretenue et utilisée par les propriétaires. Il est également offert pour un nombre limité de locations de vacances.

Villa Amaya: A Honeymooners' Dream

Villa Amaya exceeded our expectations. The location, views, access to beaches, and quality of the home created the ideal vacation for our honeymoon. The hosts were attentive to our needs and expectations without being intrusive. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

First thing when you walk thru the front door is the amazing view straight out the back of the property of the and Caribbean Blue ocean. First trip to St Martin and so worth it. Some of the best food in the Caribbean. The ocean is just a few steps and the 80 degree water was just great. Beach bar/restaurant less than 5 minute walk. House was immaculate very comfortable. Leslie was great to work with and concierge Chris was attentive. We like to visit different island but would consider a repeat vacation. Thank you for a great week

10/10 experience and one of our favorite vacations!

First, the house is spotless, modern and spacious with stunning views of the ocean. It feels like a new home, its beautifully decorated and had alot of extras like a cinema room, a full size private pool, high end toiletries, coffee and espresso makers, and housekeeping mid-stay. The host, Leslie was so responsive and helpful leading up to our trip and we asked her SO many questions. She went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful trip. We took alot of her suggestions for dining and things to do and they were spot-on. There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived. In my opinion the location of this house on the island is really ideal. Its a close drive to restaurants, shops and activities but located in a high-end, residential gated oceanside community. The beach is within view and a short walk from the house and there is a lovely waterside restaurant on the beach. The concierge who met us at the house, Chris was super friendly and helpful as well. We loved watching the cruise ships pass by in the early evening while sipping wine at the outdoor dining patio. Lovely house, Lovely host, Lovely experience.

Wonderful setting and great host!

We loved Villa Amaya...we booked it because of the beautiful location, and it was a bonus that the owner played a big part in overseeing our stay. We had a concierge on site that was very helpful,too! We were given great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. The villa is very clean and well-kept, and we loved the beautiful view and the private pool. The beach down below has a great restaurant and umbrella/chair rental with on-the-beach waitservice. Super convenient! You can walk to the beach or take a short drive down the hill and park. The swimming was great and the water was calm. We also liked that we were in a gated neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful! It was the perfect week of relaxation! We want to visit again soon!

Very Relaxing and Quiet

We just returned from a great two weeks on St. maarten. First week was a Simpson Bay and second was at this place. It is very beautiful, well appointed and the owner takes care of the place. Luc was on-site and was helpful with any issues we had. The kids loved movie night downstairs in the tv room. We loved the little restaurant down on the water.

Perfect getaway

Villa Amaya was exactly what we needed for 3 couples escaping to St Maarten. The house was wonderful and clean, and the location could not have been better, just a 5 min walk to the beach. The concierge, Luc, was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Paradise found

We loved our one week stay at Villa Amaya. Indigo Bay is a small, pristine oasis. The unit is so clean, brand new and even lovelier than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked. We were a ten minute drive from lots of restaurants and attractions. We loved snorkeling in the bay and eating at the little beach restaurant. We’ll definitely be back.

AMAZING Villa!!

Villa Amaya is just as described - beautiful, relaxing, impeccable! Our stay was fabulous. We had two teenagers with us for our trip and they loved the spacious accommodations, pool, and movie room. Indigo Beach was beautiful and just a stroll away. Leslie, Medhi and Lucian were great to work with and took care of our questions and needs. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Another amazing stay at Villa Amaya!

This is my family’s second year of staying at Villa Amaya, and it was just as fantastic as our first visit in 2021. The property is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and very inviting. We wouldn’t change a thing, and we hope to return again next year. Luc is a fantastic local contact and we felt very well taken care of, and Leslie is a super responsive owner who is genuinely interested in ensuring her guests have a great stay.

My family had a wonderful time from the time we opened the door to the villa. Great communication prior to coming; upon arrival at airport; during our stay; and our departure. Great Family Retreat!

We had an amazing time at Villa Playa. It was a beautiful place with a fantastic view. Our host Leslie was very responsive and our on site concierge Luc was great about welcoming us and available for any questions about food or recreational activities. He was really top notch. Unfortunately, the WiFi in the villa is really poor but on the bright side, it forced our teenage kids to play games and talk with their parents. We would definitely go back again.

Amazing amazing amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Amazing views! We were right on the water and surrounded by butterflies everyday. It was paradise. Luc was amazing and was always available for any questions or travel ideas. Our daughter, 7, had a great time swimming in the pool and visiting the bird sanctuary. Definitely rent a car when you come- driving on the Dutch side was really straight forward. Download with google maps for getting around on the French side. We will definitely be back!

Perfection in Paradise!

We had such a great stay at the stunning Villa Amaya. The house was meticulous, spacious and comfortable and the development was spectacular! Everyone we met at Indigo Bay was so welcoming and helpful from the cleaning staff to the driver to the concierge. In particular, Luc from the sales office was amazing. He knows the island so well and suggested what he thought we and our three teenagers would enjoy most for each day of our stay. Thanks to his advice, we had a phenomenal vacation! We loved every minute of it.

An amazing time and we are going back to this location next summer

Everything from the minute we walked into this Villa Amaya was better than described. The sleeping quarters were amazing. The video room was amazing. The view was amazing. This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Leslie for making this available for us. My kids and my wife enjoyed to the MAX !!!!! The Ultimate Getaway!

Pictures are amazing but you need to stay here to believe it! We rented this gorgeous home effortlessly and upon arrival, the views took our breath away! Total perfection and not a detail missing! The beds were lovely- not your typical rental. We had our own private lap pool and movie theater! A perfect place for either a romantic holiday or with the fam or friends!!! A short walk to the most gorgeous private beachand. Watching the sunset from the uoscale restaurant right on the beach was a bonus! Will be back to this luxurious home! No highrise crowded hotel for us.

A little bit of heaven

What a wonderful place! From the moment we started to book Villa Amaya, to the lead up to our stay, our time in the Villa everything was first rate. We travelled with our adult children and their partners and all 6 of us found the Cilla to be exceptional. It is well appointed with everything one could possibly need, From the cleanliness to the kitchen amenities, to the added touch of robes in every bathroom it was a week of paradise and luxury. The view out over the water afforded a calm and seeing the boats and cruise ships pass was great. A short walk to the beach where the sea was easily entered and the beach kept clean, with the bonus of a lovely restaurant right there. Luc, the concierge was always available and very friendly. Like everywhere on the Island, a car is needed. With cleaning twice over our 8 night stay it made this such a wonderfully relaxed vacation. We would highly recommend Villa Amaya for a luxurious, relaxing and wonderful stay, Until next time ...

Glorious vacation at Villa Amaya!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here! The home is beautiful, spotless and just like the photos and we quickly discovered it is perfectly located. Everything is within a 5-20 min drive with so much within a 10 min radius. Indigo bay itself is a quiet, high end gated community with 24 hour security on site. Although the listing mentions that there is construction going on in the broader area, we were never disturbed by any and had none that we noticed within earshot or eyeshot. The views of the ocean and surrounds from the Villa are gorgeous. The owner Leslie was very attentive and communicative leading up to our check in. She answered all questions promptly and gave us some terrific recommendations for dining and shopping. Luc, the on-site manager was great and helpful as well. The housekeeping visits during our stay was a bonus. Loved the large lap pool at the home and we used the movie room a few nights as well. Everything was just as advertised if not better. Highly recommend Villa Amaya. We hated to leave.

Amazing Villa

We were blown away with the gorgeous views from the spacious living area. Incredible breezes from the hilltops and gorgeous water in Indigo Bay. We made a quick trip into town for foods for breakfast and lunches. Our fist night we had dinner at the restaurant on the beach. We nearly had the place all to ourselves. Fabulous service, food and presentation. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing and the music was perfect. We had the best first night of vacation. Each day we found everything within minutes of the villa. The furnishings were so clean and modern, the beds were amazingly comfortable. We really appreciated the mid-week cleaning service also. We got great recommendations from Luc to try some area restaurants. Our 3rd day we had a fantastic snorkeling trip with Billy Bones Excursions. We ventured to 4 different locations by motorboat and had a fantastic lunch at Lolo's in Grand Case. On our last night we booked a sunset cruise from Simpson Bay and were able to enjoy the simple sound of sailing and the waves. We had a phenomenal time at the villa and hope to come back to this wonderful private piece of paradise soon!
