Villa Dioniso in the island of Mykonos is a modern stylish property which offers all comforts to those guests wishing to have an unforgettable stay in this amazing island! The property has all amenities needed in order enjoy your stay at home after a long day exploring the area, a great location for day trips around the island with easy access to the Mykonos town and several beaches.

The villa has a large outdoor private area which is mostly paved, guest will enjoy the use of the private swimming pool from which can enjoy a view of Mykonos town and the Aegean Sea, the pool is equipped with elegant sun lounges, close to pool there is also a covered patio equipped with garden sofas where to shade during the hot summer days. Next to the building there is a second patio with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals, guest will also have a stone barbeque at their disposal.

Villa Dioniso is divided into three different units there is a main body features at the ground level a large living room equipped with flat screen TV, sofas, a dining area with table and chairs, and open plan fully equipped kitchen, the whole area has direct access to the outside covered patio, the floor also feature two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside balcony with a sea view, there is also an additional guest bathroom in this floor.
The lower floor feature a second small kitchenette with a washing machine, and three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom with shower, one bedroom has direct access to the back yard whilst the other two has access to the front yard facing the pool and BBQ area. Every bedroom has flat screen TV
There are two independent guest houses each of one has double bedroom and ensuite bathrooms with shower.
The villa offers all comforts and amenities such as wifi internet, dish washer and washing machine, BBQ area with bar, daily made service, private parking

The villa is located in a residential area, perfect place where to relax but with easy acces to all services, the center of Mykonos town is 4.5 km; the closest beach Korfos 2 km, Ornos beach 2.5 km the old port 6 km; airport 6 km;

Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 3000 euros to be paid via bank transfer/cc’ charge/cash payment upon arrival
