Home Farm Cottage has a kitchen/diner, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, a snug with open fire, an external games room with snug, two super-king-size bedrooms, one with en-suite, a king-size, a twin, a single, a family room with en-suite, a bathroom, and two cloakrooms. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, a Smart TV, dart board, pool table and table tennis. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, sun loungers and a hot tub, an enclosed courtyard with furniture, and a private driveway for five cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, along with a highchair and travel cot. Enjoy rural Warwickshire at Home Farm Cottage. Note: The wine rack will have 6 rosé, 6 white, and 6 red wines. It operates on an honesty system: guests can choose a wine, check the price list, and leave cash in the honesty box.
