SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs to unlock the door, so please be careful with them.

AMENITIES
There is no oven in the kitchen, however a microwave and electric hobs are available for your use.

Locate on the second floor, step access only.


House Rules:
It would be great if you could observe the house rules. There is strictly no party policy in place as there are other residents in the block. I would appreciate it if you could keep the noise to a minimum at all times, especially at night. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

- No parties or extra guests
- Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down and no noise after 10pm
- No shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door, windows and back door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
