Kick back and relax in this newly renovated, calm, stylish 3-bedroom space in the heart of central Milton Keynes’ Loughton, once an ancient village.
This beautiful modern cottage-style home is perfect for families, working professionals and couples that want an escape from city life but with the luxury of central Milton Keynes being 5 minutes away by car and the central Milton Keynes train station being a 5-minute walk away, where you can jump on a 35minute train into London.
The downstairs boosts an array of charm and character with a cosy living/dining room where you can enjoy your favourite TV and Netflix shows on the smart TV. There is a modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances, cookware and tableware you would need throughout your stay. The property also features a downstairs toilet and shower for easy access.
The second floor compromises of a large master bedroom equipped with a TV as well as a second bedroom that can sleep two singles or a super king when pushed together. Here, there is a second clean and modern bathroom featuring a shower and bath combo.
The third floor is bright and airy and features another double bedroom with glorious views of the area through the newly fitted velux windows. There is also a shower and toilet adjoined to the room.
Finally, the property has a small front garden and a very generous garden space to the rear, which has a large lawn area as well as a patio space that comes with garden furniture and a BBQ.
