With a view that stretches across the rooftops toward the rugged Porth Headland and the vibrant centre of Newquay just a stone's throw away, this two bedroom property is the perfect base for a family getaway to North Cornwall. You can take your pick from lazy days on one of the many surrounding beaches, exploring the local attractions such as Newquay Zoo or the Blue Reef Aquarium, or rambling in the peaceful Cornish countryside along the South West Coast Path. Porth Ed View has excellent transport links with great connections to the M5 and Newquay Train Station is just one mile away from the property.
Located on a quiet street which leads you on a gentle walk down to Porth Beach, the property is set back from the road in an enclosed position. Upon entering, you are immediately met by a private garden which offers outdoor seating where you can sit an enjoy a coffee as you take in the views of the coastline from this elevated position.
The entrance to the property leads you into a spacious hallway with plenty of room to store coats and wellies after a day of adventuring. Adjacent to the hallway you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen space which is compact but perfectly sized for couples or small families.
The sleek kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, whether you need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a family feast. The kitchen provides a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle as well as a complete set of tableware and glassware. There is also a convenient utility space which houses a fridge/freezer as well as laundry facilities.
Within the kitchen space there is a dining table with comfortable upholstered seating, there is also additional chairs to accommodate six occupants.
Moving past the dining area you are welcomed into a snug living space with a fresh coastal palette and comfortable soft furnishings. With patio doors that open out to the garden, the living room also benefits from the views out towards the coastline so you can catch the beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your own chair. The sofa converts into a double bed which allows the property to accommodate six occupants if required. This is an ideal solution for those who may be travelling with teenagers or older children. The living space features a widescreen Smart TV where guests can access and range of Sky channels should you opt for a cosy family night in.
Bedroom one is located on the ground floor and offers a double bed as well as easy access to the main bathroom which features a large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Upstairs to the first floor of the property is the master bedroom, this bright and airy space benefits from Velux windows which flood the room with natural light. The room is decorated with plush furnishings and features ample storage for luggage. Linens and towels are provided.

Porth Ed View does accept pets so you are welcome to bring along your furry friends but please note there is a pet fee of £50 applicable.
Parking is available at the front of the property with space for one vehicle.
There is a security deposit of £250 payable for the property, however, this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property post-stay.
